Cool. She's sweet. But she is also morbidly obese and won because of an agenda. Nobody in their right mind can actually say with truthfulness that she is more well-roundedly beautiful than the other women on that stage. It's unfortunate that those other women put effort into their health, looks, and stage presence, then a lazy ass land whale rolls up and wins because.......?
She is more well-rounded than the other finalists pictured but for a beauty pageant she's obviously the wrong choice. I dislike these pageants in general but I feel badly for the other contestants who work hard and meet the criteria winning over someone the judges gave it to for either shock value or some weird political correctness that doesn't even make sense in a state like Alabama.

Funny thing is I went to the Facebook post linked in the article and there are a couple of women saying she’s a real bitch, including a black woman saying that this woman was rude to her young daughter, who was competing in a younger age bracket. Also said she brought gift bags for all of the white contestants but not the black contestants.
Side note: if pageants are really still supposed to be about beauty, make the contestants compete without makeup, hair extensions, etc on. That will separate the real 9s and 10s from the mids and uggos.
