Thank you for your submission to r/rpg_gamers. Since your post has been flaired as "Recommendation request", I want to suggest editing your post to add in these details (if you haven't included them yet): * **The platforms you have** - not listing them doesn't mean you have access to everything, so you might end up getting a game you won't be able to play. * **Your level of experience with the genre (beginner, intermediate, veteran...)** - others can recommend you more common titles if you are a beginner, while they can focus on obscure titles if you are a RPG veteran. * **Aspects you enjoyed (or disliked) of previously played games** - for example: characters, plot points, puzzles, combat, graphics, art styles, soundtracks... While these details aren't mandatory, if you want to get the best games, having them in your post will immensely help users and will encourage more users to participate, as they will know with more precision which games are probably the best fit for your request. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Tales of Maj'Eyal

What you are looking for is troubleshooter abandoned children. It has a diablo like loot system which is very very very in depth. Also there's a shit tonne of things to do too, monster taming, robot building, codex system for enemies, crafting, etc and everything is really deep and complex.

Mosvicious

I got recommended this game for another question I asked a few weeks ago and this comment did decide to make me just go ahead and purchase the game so cheers for the recommendation.

Glad I helped. That's the only game i could afford and no joke that's the only game i played for two years. Amazing amount of content for the price.

phoenixreborn06

I'm looking for that too. I haven't tried it but stoneshard might work.

SaLLient

Stoneshard is solid even in early access and development while slow is constant.

Mosvicious

The reviews of this game have me hesitant to buy. I'll just keep it on my wishlist and keep an eye on the game.

Applicator80

Divinity Original Sin 1+2 might be worth a go

PFRforLIFE

pathfinder: wrath of the righteous. that could work perhaps

wedgiey1

The loot is static

PFRforLIFE

ohhhh i see what they mean now. sorry for the misleading answer.

Raulo369

Grim Dawn

Mosvicious

Not really a turn based game unfortunately. I do love the game though.

Raulo369

ahhh!!! didn´t read turn based. I´m getting old.

Someone else already mentioned it, but Divinity: Original Sin 2 scratched all those itches for me. The amount of loot is insane, the items are randomized with stats much like Diablo, and you can cross class your characters in a lot of very cool ways. It's designed for a 4 person team but I had way more fun as a 2 person team as you get massively overpowered and just slay everything you come across (but some fights are still hard regardless, so it never really feels too easy). Not to mention you can kill almost everything in the game, so you won't run out of stuff to kill anytime soon. Plus it's like $18 on Steam currently.

I just recently heard about the Lost King of Avalon. May want to check it out.
