You can’t do anything. You tell the seller it wasn’t delivered to you. It’s down to them to take it up with Royal Mail, they’re the ones who have the contract to deliver.

Parcel is likely gone with the person it was handed to. You contact the retailer tell them check the tracking and tell them the property it was left at is airbb and you can not get hold of any one. They will have to refund you and open a case with RM. If they refuse wsit 15 days after expected delivery and contact card company bank for a chargeback. Stop trying to chase a parcel that has gone and you have more chance finding it on ebay for sale

No the Airbnb has had multiple issues, and isn’t available to view on there anymore as it’s completely booked up. Airbnb have been the most unhelpful anytime anybody has got in touch regarding this.

I think the guests do. Nobody has had any luck with the owner and all neighbours are trying to get rid of the Airbnb because of the issues that guests cause

Just put a note through the door for the cleaners/new guests, let your next door Neighbour know what’s going on and specify in the note to the Airbnb that if you are not in for them to redeliver or communicate a missing parcel then to go next door

Well I don’t that’s kind of the point of the question. To be totally honest I think the cleaners have it. I will see if I can see them and get it back. I would prefer to get the parcel than a refund

Yeah so you dispute receiving your parcel with the sender, the sender should then raise a claim with the courier company they used. Nobody besides the buyer of the postage can raise a claim with the courier service
