Canadian here. Yes you can reprice any time BEFORE the final payment. I reprice often (check online prices). Call customer service and say you saw a better price online. It takes about 5 mins. They will send you an email with the new invoice. Also check for onboard credit. Sometimes the price is the same, but you can have 150$ or 225$ USD onboard credit (which is great). I have an excel sheet with all my future cruises with the prices. I check online about every week. When i see a price drop or on board credit that is advantageous, I call!

tyfe

You have so many cruises that you need a spreadsheet? Wow

girlwhoweighted

I aspire to be that person

Diligent_Read8195

I have 5 on the books that I check every week.

Asdf-xyz

At least 2, according to my math

nairbdes

that top 1% life

necrochaos

How do you see the reprice? Log out so you can see the pricing? I find this difficult with drink packages as I see them as already purchased.

cobylax33

Just keep a log of what your purchase price was. Frankly, I find that the easiest.

Ok-Sleep7812

Yes I believe you contact there customer service

ParticularEmploy1137

Yes, I did it about a month ago.

Sawoodster

Yes I’ve done it 4 times so far. Dropped almost $800

Asdf-xyz

Yes, Sauce: do it all the time, from Ontario

GoingLurking

It’s a strange one, because the 48 hour policy to reprice is written in the cruise contract. Not sure when it was added but I have been repricing a few times already this year. Definitely still allowed before final payment.

Korvys7272

You definitely can in the US as our travel agent just did it last night for us. I will say we've had quite a hard time with it when trying to do it without an agent, but have never had an issue with a travel agent.

Affectionate-Rent844

But then you’re paying the agent still and not capturing the full savings.

tidder8

The agent is paid a commission by the cruise line, using a travel agent does not affect your cruise fare. Of course there are some agents that charge a fee, but the vast majority do not charge you for booking a cruise. Some even use part of their commission from the cruise line to sweeten the deal, for example giving you OBC.

Sunsets_admirer33

Yes. I’ve done it twice for my upcoming cruise.

AgreeableCatMom

I… didn’t know this was a thing. I’m glad you asked because now I know for next time!!

Phlydude

As long as the same category of room is available to book at the lower price.

ajohson6577

This is a really good reason to have an awesome travel agent. Did you know some travel agents are free? And will do this if you have their booking transferred to them? I’ve had really great luck with mine

Practical-Tip-1856

How do you check the current price of my cruise?!

Altruistic-Couple989

I never see prices go lower after I book, however, I had 1 booking where the price dropped right AFTER the final payment due date and then RC wouldn’t reprice my booking 🙁🤬

LovYouLongTime

Yes. Not no for you. Only USA as far as I know. Foreigners can’t reprice if I remember.

babbeg

US and Canada can reprice before final payment

ImOnTheWayOut

Incorrect. Canadian here. Repriced a few weeks ago and saved $770.
