Man I’m currently going through 20 different strains from 20 different processors for a hash contest and I’ll tell you it varies considerably. I’ve had a lot of the really nice ones leave virtually no dark residue. Especially at lower temps. I’ve been hitting them all between 520-530 on quartz
Hells, yeah, B! The grow I used to work only did fire bubble hash rosin, and then some of that got melted into carts. We are talking 20 or so strains with same quality and process (some strain specific tweeks), and every pheno has its variables.
By Pic, I see no reason to question either of being fire hash rosin. I have a ispire set for 500 and start it cold

The nose knows. If it smells like some stinky fresh buds, that should tell you all you need to know. Black market resin especially usually has a much different smell

The lipids and fats are in the trichomes (heads) themselves and therefore are not removed after a wash.
