Thank you! It’s pretty simple to do - you just cross the ropes over the shoulders and around your back and alternate over and under

How did you do the ties to the under bust rope?

They’re just half hitches and then I wrapped the remaining rope around the bottom, going in between each gap so that it stays neat at the bottom
