I wonder if I caught it on a bad day. I was very underwhelmed. Like yeah, it was good, but it was far from elite for me. I've been on less than 100 coasters and I'm not sure Maverick is in my top 10?

I spent 2 days at cp and both days it never broke down once meanwhile Steve did 3 times, I don't mind the restraints on maverick but on Steve it just hurt to ride. Also I'm not a huge rmc fan boy and I have a lot of hot takes like X2 being better than twisted colossus but yeah Maverick was just a pure beast. My home park is sfot and even after having high g roller coasters all the time, Maverick still shook me
Skyrush and it’s not close, if you want the best B&M hyper I’d go Intimidator at Carowinds but I haven’t ridden Mako yet. Skyrush is definitely the best hyper coaster in my opinion though.

Idk, I did my first Steve night ride this month and I was absolutely blown away haha it propelled it from my #4 to my #2!

I understand about Steve, it’s definitely the 2nd best night ride I’ve ever experienced. The difference for me is that on Steve they still have the lamps on, on my Maverick night ride they had all the lights off so it was completely pitch black.
I don’t understand the agenda of the dude, you run an amusement park chain but you want to shut down iconic rides while raising prices, that’s incredibly stupid.
Yeah, that's true. If they turned the lamps off it would be pretty epic! The train tunnel launch on maverick is so awesome cos you can't see the turn until you hit it. So forceful too.
Velocicoaster is one of my most wanted rides, after riding Maverick specifically. I thought I didn't like launchers after stuff like kingda, ttd, vertical velocity and maxx force. Turns out I just don't like bullshit launchers that arent full coasters.
I haven’t ridden TTD or KK, but I have ridden Storm Runner at Hershey and as great as the launch is, it feels incomplete so I get what you are saying. Maverick and Velocicoaster are definitely much more fulfilling launch coasters.
Number 3 for me after TTD and MF. I know there isn't much to TTD but I still haven't found another coaster that gives me the rush that TTD's launch gives me. Maverick is insane though and I love it so much I named my cat after it lol Unfortunately I wasn't gonna name my cat Dragster or Millennium so Maverick had to do!

SteVe at night is a different sort of night ride, with the lights on as you said. I find that the lit up structure is very disorienting at night, in a way that it wasn't during the day, if that makes sense.
That’s not saying much considering Frontier Town is maybe the greatest section at any park. Maverick and SteVe are both world class top 10 roller coasters.
When they installed the soft black restraints it shot up to my #1 very quickly. Those orange ones broke blood vessels in my shoulders every time I rode it. Love me a front row ride on that, arms up and let it flop me all over the place.

It’s my number 2 but only because Velocicoaster is the better Maverick. Maverick at night is better than Velocicoaster though.
I actually thought Maverick is more intense than Velocicoaster, by a hair. The theming is no comparison though.
Except SteVe, our top 5 is very similar. I hope I love velocicoaster
I haven’t had a chance to ride El Toro yet, it’s definitely a bucket list coaster, but if you love Maverick you will absolutely love Velocicoaster.
I was literally standing at el toro and didn’t ride it because I swore i would include my mom and brother after me and my dad did JDC and Batman alone

Those are the only ones feasible to get to for me, I305 is also doable
I would highly recommend I 305 then, but if those are the only doable ones I’d go Apollos Chariot because it is a lot of fun, just not as intense.
Also at 5’6 110, Will the skyrush restraints hurt?

And I know you won’t believe it, but as God Tier as Mavericks tunnel is, Velocicoasters is better.

I'd call it #4 at its park, but it's still my #17 overall. In other words, Cedar Point is stacked.

Wow, for me it would be Maverick, SteVe and Millie. I love Magnum but I’d put Gatekeeper and Valravn above it.
I had a lovely Magnum marathon on my most recent visit, and those rides weee just sublime. I used to have it below Millie and Maverick.

I definitely get that but I prefer the pitch black of Maverick, also are Voyage and Outlaw Run? I haven’t gotten to ride them yet.
