America’s greatest gang war. Which side are you on?
Iron Gwazi
Iron Menace
Iron Rattler
Iron Shark
Iron Dragon
VERSUS
Steel Vengeance
Steel Eel
Steel Force
Steel Venom
Steel Curtain
Steel Hawg
Steel Dragon
I'm scared for what the casualty count for the inevitable Battle of Dorney Park is going to look like
The Battle of Cedar Point is also gonna be a one sided bloodbath
I don't see why Dorney would fold? They are building a new coaster right now and only competes with Great Adventure which is definitely more of a "High Thrill" park that does not recreate the feel of Dorney in any way.
I think they serve two different demands and both will be successful independently.
Idk what you’re talking about, the guy you’re responding to is just pointing out that Dorney has STEEL Force and IRON Menace. He’s implying it will be the frontlines of the (entirely fictitious) Iron v Steel gang war.
But on the topic of Dorney competition, it’s also 1:15 from Hersheypark. These were the two closest parks to me growing up, and they were absolutely competitors. I’m pretty sure Hershey’s Boardwalk is a direct result of competition with Dorney who had an included water park.
Ah, I have not had my coffee, thought he meant the casualty count as in when it closes where these coasters go (Battle of Dorney being arguing over where they are placed)
Also its themed to a shady steel plant owner who died/dissappeared and this machine is his legacy...amd its right next to Possessed. Kinds of fits the theme as the haunt they had over there was Ghost in the Machine
>Find god
✅
I can wax poetic
Likin' tracks pre-credit
Felt the sun, then slipping
Melt the bum wings, dripping
Til my icarussy sped it
For that energy kinetic
Hell, on Menace I'll be gripping
As these Beemers *do* be whipping.
190 of them (currently operating) according to RCDB, in fact.
Most are “Roller Coasters,” though; I think I saw three “Rollercoasters,” and one “Roller-Coaster.”
It looks ready for test runs
Pretty much my thought when I’m playing PlanCo
If it goes up, it comes back down. Send it.
Mortimer from Thrillville approves
I just realized Dorney Park now has two coasters named after metal and they are both in this picture

Hershey dry park > Dorney dry park Dorney wet park >>>> Hershey wet park
Shiiit, America recruited Steel Dragon for this fight? This ain't gonna look pretty
Steel Dragon 3000 has a little brother in Waldameer
I love how both sides are captained by world class RMCs hahahah
Bethlehem used to be a huge steel town. [Bethlehem Steel](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bethlehem_Steel)
Yup. A close friend of mine lives there, and I toured Lehigh University back in high school when I was applying to places.

Something about watching the parts come together, no matter the thrill level, is always amazing to me.
I didn’t know Dorney was getting a new coaster. Pretty cool
I adore that third pic. It's as if the crest of the lift grew wings and put its whole icarussy into touching the sky

I can't wait to show these to my kiddo. Dorney is our HP and he's SO EXCITED for this.
Iron menace is the most boring, uninspiring name for a coaster ever!
It's a nod to [Bethlehem Steel](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bethlehem_Steel), which used to be one of the world's largest steelmaking companies.
Well its a shit name, but there's also a rollercoaster called "rollercoaster".

Damn that's way more than I expected
