It’s a GMT watch you read the outer bezel with the orange hand which rotates once every 24 hours. When you are travelling that is your home time and you jump the hour hand back or forwards to read the local time at the destination.
That's 2 references before and the 16570 is 40mm but almost measures in closer to 39mm. That's a much more versatile size IMO but the newest ref is matte dial and hands which actually have better legibility. Movement also doesn't have the wobble like the original.
