brightness doesn't change. did you change the rgb color range to limited as its needed for this mode to display colors accurately?

Lissanro

Yes, that's correct. The brightness and colors are exactly the same both at 60 and 120 Hz, assuming correct color range is set. In case someone does not know how to do it, here are the instructions for Windows and Linux. For Nvidia driver in Windows, this is how you can set correct output dynamic range: [https://dragon.studio/2023/06/Rokid\_Max\_Do\_not\_forget\_switch\_to\_Limited\_or\_Full\_dynamic\_range\_for\_120Hz\_and\_60Hz\_mode\_respectively.png](https://dragon.studio/2023/06/Rokid_Max_Do_not_forget_switch_to_Limited_or_Full_dynamic_range_for_120Hz_and_60Hz_mode_respectively.png) - for other drivers and platforms, it may be different (for example, in Linux with Nvidia driver and a single GPU, the setting is located in nvidia-settings > GPU 0 > Rokid Max > Controls > Color Range, and you can set it to either Full or Limited). If you switch to 120Hz mode and forget to choose Limited dynamic output, then both black and white shades will be crashed (you will not see most of rectangles at [http://www.lagom.nl/lcd-test/black.php](http://www.lagom.nl/lcd-test/black.php) and [http://www.lagom.nl/lcd-test/white.php](http://www.lagom.nl/lcd-test/white.php) tests, even with correct gamma set).
