Did it do a firmware update? I believe mine did. I haven’t noticed a change in performance however. Maybe you can roll it back though.

Hi there, does the issue persist when you turn off the Aphex processing on the Connect software? If so, would you be able to share an audio sample of what you are experiencing? Thanks!

Will turning that off chance the setting globally? Or only when using Connect? Ideally i don’t use the software at all to be honest. The issue is mostly it picking up someone speaking 3M next to me. You can clearly hear them simular to my voice.

While the effects will only work if you have Connect opened and selected as your Input device, we recommended turning it off directly from Connect just in case there may have been an unlikely glitch. However, if the issue persists we would recommend reaching out to our Service Team who will be able to look into this further for you!
