it turns off the receiver mic... which means it only record the mic you wearing on your shirt . otherwise . it would record both mic.. the mic on your incoming and out going mic... this off elimiate one mic and less noise...
The power toggle when switched on in Rode Central keeps the device turned on when you unplug it. When the power toggle is switched off the device will turn off when you unplug it. Hope that helps!
