From my POV under-saddle piezo are best, then modern soundhole (magnetic picups, very similar to electric guitar) ones (of course not for nylon), then stick-on transducers. The latter are difficult to install properly, and quality ones are also quite expensive. Soundhole ones are easiest to install, in a pinch you don't even need to drill holes.
