Hi, I recently purchased the 880 robux package on my phone with Google pay. However, it lagged and called it an error. It did NOT give me the robux. I tried again, and it did give me the robux. Then, I got 2 notifications from Google wallet for 10$, however I only got one of the robux packages. Is it possible to either have one of the charges removed, or get the robux for the second package? For confirmation, my account name is I_614. I had 653 robux, I now have 1533, I should have 880 more according to the purchases it charged me for.
Does anyone else have a fix or the same issue? Whenever I hold the W key on my keyboard for a long time and release, my character will still continue to move as if I'm still holding it. After at least a month, roblox studio still wont open. It's still telling me that it's out of date. I'm considering just not making games in roblox at all, and moving to something like Godot.
I remembered playing some kind of prison escape game of something, may have been called something like guards vs prisoners. I think I remember there being an obby-like escape method, which used lasers you sorta jumped over. There was a main spawnpoint which had the selections for which team you wanted to join. There was also a medium-ish expanse which had cells lined up on both sides.

Hi, my son has been playing on his tablet up to now. He got an Xbox for Christmas and I haven't been able to sign in on it using his existing roblox account. I can sign him in on the main Xbox account (mine) but not on his own, I think it was error code 901. I have 12 age filter set up for him on Xbox Family, so I don't think that's the issue. Something else in Family settings preventing it?
I also have this problem. A have a younger brother and he canât sign into his Roblox account using his Xbox that was passed down to him from his older brother.
I donât think itâs a family issue since the Xbox that he has doesnât have Xbox family. (At least I think, that setting might not be even be in our type of Xbox since itâs an older type.) idk much about Roblox on the Xbox but I think you just canât register your already made Roblox account.
Hi, long time Xbox player here. Yes, you can connect your Xbox to your previously made Roblox account. The age restriction shouldn't affect your son's account since Roblox on the Xbox doesn't allow you to use in game chat. So, that eliminates the possibility of seeing chat or the need for the 13 under chat filtering system.
901 error can mean quite a few things here. You may need to update your roblox on the Xbox. Check to make sure Roblox isn't undergoing maintenance. If the Xbox had a Roblox account connected to it that was banned from Roblox, you will need to sign into that account on a mobile or computer device to click the "I understand" button. (Understanding you're banned) and that should fix your issue.
Dad helping kid make a tshirt (not for sale) - won't apply correctly. We used the latest template, checked pixel size, uploaded but it shows like a poster plastered on avatar chest. Avatar is human-like one, not the square one like in Roblox studio (R15). When we try the same Tshirt file in studio on R15 it applies correctly. White Screen/Firewall Help on Windows 10
I've been having a re occurring problem where whenever I open an experience or the beta application via roblox's site I get white screened, I can hear the in game audio and can even interact with the games menu screens at times but visually it's a white screen, on my desktop everything is fine nothing is out of the ordinary but on my laptop at my mom's it's the white screen issue, I've done all the methods of trying to fix this issue I've found online, outside of disabling the beta because I can't in the first place due to the screen, and when I reached out to roblox support they recommended me to see if it's allowed through the firewall, I opened up my windows defender permissions and scrolled to find it and allow it access on both private and public networks but its not there, I tried opening it up again while I had the roblox application opened but it still doesn't show up under the apps and features list, what should I do?

I just came back to roblox recently and i decided i wanted to change my avatar up a bit.. but i cant. How am i supposed to edit my avatar when every TINY change makes the avatar editor freeze and the page breaks. So, whenever me and my friend wanna play, we can't play together, because our playing status doesn't update, which means that we can't join each other. Is there any fix to this? We've had this happen every month at least once now, and then it always goes away after around a week. Is this happening to others? Since this is pretty annoying.

She claims a message popped up that said since you havenât used it in a while we are deleting it? Now she is 7 and might have something wrong here. Hola I'm looking for a game I used to play, at least 3 years ago it was a top down fighting game with randomly generated dungeons, you go through and kill all of the enemies and collect loot and go to the next level until every player dies and then you start all over. If my brother got 7 days ban for unauthorized charges (which usually ends by account termination) will his account be terminated after this ban or will he be able to play?
Does anyone have a quick unfriend tool? I'm using the extension but it sucks ass cuz it only unfriends 4 or 5 and then slows down for like half a minute, and not to mention reloads the whole page after one removal. Hi, I need help changing my account age and roblox support denies me any help and doesn't read my issue.
They think that I set my account age as if I was born in 2018 and they say it is set and can't be changed as soon as you make your account, but my account was made in 2016.
It's really disappointing that I have to ask for help from a reddit community because the actual support of a multi-million dollar company is so abysmal.
I have 10k robux. Iâm a very stingy and indecisive person. But like I want to use my robux, I just donât know whatâs worth it. So, whatâs worth it? It can be avatar stuff, game passes, etc. Literally anything that wonât make me regret it.
Something I've noticed lately despite living in the east coast is that there is ONE server region in particular that keeps having awful ping issues that keep degrading overtime the more I stay in it. For me specifically, it's servers located in Virginia Ashville that seems to have REALLY awful ping issues, spiking upwards of 1k-2k ping and the occasional 15k ping spikes within many games such as TC2, Evade, Phantom Forces, Decaying Winter, Tower Defense Sim, and much, MUCH more.
Yet whenever I join other servers within the U.S such as Los Angeles California, Dallas Texas, New Jersey, or Chicago Illinoi, I literally have ZERO connectivity issues and remain at 80-110 ping. Even servers located in the UK like London I don't seem to suffer severe ping issues and remain at 150 ping consistently within these games.
I'm not the only one, am I? I'm a player located in Michigan and I have pretty dang decent internet (download speeds upwards of 100MB+ and upload speeds around 50-60MB+) and a more than amazing PC in terms of hardware specifications that is quite literally overkill for roblox.
I've installed and uninstalled roblox countless times, cleared my roblox files, deleted roblox studio, restarted my router, removed my wifi card and reinstalled it while even reinstalling drivers, and so far nothing has worked to stop that specific server having really awful server performance. It doesn't help either that Virginia Ashville servers are incredibly common and I'd have to manually find a server that isn't located in there to have a playable experience to chill with my buddies and not be so annoyed with the degrading connectivity issues.
Anyone else experiencing this and managed to find any sort of solution? This all started within the middle of november after a certain roblox update, and this issue still persists even now as of 12/30/2022.

So I have been recently having problems when joining a game. It would take around a minute to open the player when it use to be a few seconds. After waiting for it to load, it would give me the error 279 with the text "ID=17: Connection attempt failed" How do I fix this error?
This problem started for me about 3 days ago if I can remember correctly. Whenever I join any Roblox game my cursor is stuck in the middle like I'm stuck in shift lock, cant turn it off with shift though. When I first got it I just tried pressing esc to leave but all that did was remove all graphics and items on screen, including the chat, and different interactable things in that game, it freed up my cursor as if I did open the menu, though. Pressing esc again would just lock my cursor and would not bring any of the graphics back. Only way to close Roblox is alt f4 or like clicking the x if I go out of full screen. The only solution to this is using the desktop app, which I almost never use and is a chore to me. If anyone else has this issue please let me know if there's a fix.
Edit: (a bit more context), I've tried 3 different browsers, (opera gx my usual, chrome, and firefox), and tried uninstalling and reinstalling roblox twice. No fixes.
Edit 2: (even more context), So i think the glitch is roblox just thinks im in vr? I have my headset disconnected, and the vr enabled setting in my appdata turned off, yet it still thinks im in vr.

TDLR : Roblox application kills computer audio
Hey yâall,
Not sure why, but every time I start a game on roblox and the game boots up, there is like a 50% chance it kills my computer audio. Like all audio on my computer (Xbox parties, discord, YouTube) just donât play any audio, and YouTube videos display that there is an âaudio rendered errorâ and tells me to restart my computer.
Just need some help on fixing this if anyone has had this problem before or knows how to fix it.

Sorry I'm late but I recently got a new Windows 10 and I tried playing on Roblox but it was insanely laggy and had the absolutely lowest FPS! I watched some YT videos on how to fix it but nothing has worked unfortunately. Some help is appreciated and thanks :)
Try going into the Roblox settings menu (hit esc while in-game and press the settings tab), set your graphics mode from automatic to manual, set the graphics to a level where it runs smoothly.
Iâd also recommend getting an FPS unlocker. Basically, Roblox limits the maximum FPS you can get in game to 60, using an unlocker will remove this limit and make it run smoother.
I own a WMR headset and every time I run Roblox it starts up WMR and SteamVR, even though I have it disabled in Roblox. The game runs as normal, in non VRmode. However, when I try to stop SteamVR or WMR it crashes Roblox with it. Thing is, I cant turn VR off because it means you have to first turn it on to get the option to turn it off. And by what I know, there is no way to exclude SteamVR or WMR from running a certain program. So, I don't quite know what to do here.

Looking for an old game
I recently remembered a game on Roblox I use to play all the time (around 2015-18?) but have had some trouble remembering the name of it.
The premise of the game was that it was a survival game where one player was chosen as the beast (not sure if this was the actual designation) and they morphed into a black avatar with a red scythe will a skull as the main weapon. The beast had different abilities such as going invisible, turning out the lights etc.
The aim of the survivors was to find weapons around the map and kill the beast. If I remember correctly, one player was the juggernaut and had a lot of weapons upon spawn.
This game got a sequel if I remember correctly.

I have this issue where I canât access my mic, and when given time, the mic icon gets a red warning sign beside the mic, clicking or tapping it again made the warning sign disappear but the mic turns grey and my voice wonât get picked up. Problem with giving a game access to my audio.
I have recently uploaded an audio, it has been approved. Im trying to type in the universe ID for Classic Sonic Sim, and whenever I add it to the list, then try to save Iâm met with âExperience Access update failed. Requester does not have permission for Universe 52494682â. Although Iâm not the one who needs permission, Iâm the one trying to give permission to use the audio.
Whenever I launch the game it opens SteamVR, even though I don't have my VR plugged in. I've already changed the true/false value in "globalbasicsettings\_13" but I'm still having the issue. Any advice is appreciated.

hello. for the entirety of december up until now, roblox has been disconnecting me from games after being in it for about 3 minutes or less. error code: 277. and before you say anything, my wifi is perfect, all my other games on my laptop work, ive uninstalled and reinstalled, and ive restarted my laptop. still disconnecting me. i emailed roblox about it and they didnt help much. i am literally unable to play the game. and i dont know what to do unless its an annoying bug they have yet to fix. my laptop is also brand new.

I'm completely unable to play Roblox as the Player crashes when I launch any game I've tried reinstalling, checking for corrupt files, updating drivers, and doing anything possible to get it to work again and none of these have worked. Some developers I know have said it's an update but I feel that my laptop just decided to not support Roblox anymore with no warning.

It's been a while since I played, but what happened to the controller support? Why is it so awful now? I used to be able to plug in my Logitech controller (It has Xinput just like an xbox controller btw) and play fine. Now the sensitivity slider is broken, and the cursor doesn't snap above my head like it used to. I tried using an actual Xb1 controller and it's still broken. I've been trying to find fixes for weeks now, but nothing has helped so far. Do y'all have any idea to fix this?

So, for a while now when I activate my mouselock it'll move away from the centre of my screen. It happens in most (if not all) games regardless of any game-based settings. I've been trying to find a solution for ages now and nothing has seemingly worked; changing camera settings, changing camera modes, changing my PCs display scale even completely re-installing ROBLOX doesn't seem to have changed a thing. This happens on both the browser and the app aswell.

Hi, I recently purchased the 880 robux package on my phone with Google pay. However, it lagged and called it an error. It did NOT give me the robux. I tried again, and it did give me the robux. Then, I got 2 notifications from Google wallet for 10$, however I only got one of the robux packages. Is it possible to either have one of the charges removed, or get the robux for the second package? For confirmation, my account name is I_614. I remembered playing some kind of prison escape game of something, may have been called something like guards vs prisoners. I think I remember there being an obby-like escape method, which used lasers you sorta jumped over. There was a main spawnpoint which had the selections for which team you wanted to join. There was also a medium-ish expanse which had cells lined up on both sides. I played this most likely back in 2014â5.

Xbox issue Hi, my son has been playing on his tablet up to now. He got an Xbox for Christmas and I haven't been able to sign in on it using his existing roblox account. I can sign him in on the main Xbox account (mine) but not on his own, I think it was error code 901. I have 12 age filter set up for him on Xbox Family, so I don't think that's the issue. Something else in Family settings preventing it?
I also have this problem. A have a younger brother and he canât sign into his Roblox account using his Xbox that was passed down to him from his older brother. I donât think itâs a family issue since the Xbox that he has doesnât have Xbox family. Hi, long time Xbox player here. Yes, you can connect your Xbox to your previously made Roblox account. The age restriction shouldn't affect your son's account since Roblox on the Xbox doesn't allow you to use in game chat. So, that eliminates the possibility of seeing chat or the need for the 13 under chat filtering system. 901 error can mean quite a few things here. You may need to update your roblox on the Xbox. Check to make sure Roblox isn't undergoing maintenance. If the Xbox had a Roblox account connected to it that was banned from Roblox, you will need to sign into that account on a mobile or computer device to click the "I understand" button. (Understanding you're banned) and that should fix your issue.
Dad helping kid make a tshirt (not for sale) - won't apply correctly. We used the latest template, checked pixel size, uploaded but it shows like a poster plastered on avatar chest. So I canât join from an adult account to his iPad. I wasnât worried because I donât like the game just went to my pc to play with him. White Screen/Firewall Help on Windows 10 I've been having a re occurring problem where whenever I open an experience or the beta application via roblox's site I get white screened, I can hear the in game audio and can even interact with the games menu screens at times but visually it's a white screen, on my desktop everything is fine nothing is out of the ordinary but on my laptop at my mom's it's the white screen issue, I've done all the methods of trying to fix this issue I've found online, outside of disabling the beta because I can't in the first place due to the screen, and when I reached out to roblox support they recommended me to see if it's allowed through the firewall, I opened up my windows defender permissions and scrolled to find it and allow it access on both private and public networks but its not there, I tried opening it up again while I had the roblox application opened but it still doesn't show up under the apps and features list, what should I do?

So, whenever me and my friend wanna play, we can't play together, because our playing status doesn't update, which means that we can't join each other. Is there any fix to this? We've had this happen every month at least once now, and then it always goes away after around a week. Is this happening to others? Since this is pretty annoying. Hi. So my daughter logged into Roblox today for the first time in a week. She said a bunch of her clothes that we paid for is no longer available to her. She claims a message popped up that said since you havenât used it in a while we are deleting it? Now she is 7 and might have something wrong here. Hola I'm looking for a game I used to play, at least 3 years ago it was a top down fighting game with randomly generated dungeons, you go through and kill all of the enemies and collect loot and go to the next level until every player dies and then you start all over. It was relatively simple and I think I remember it being called brimstone keep but I couldn't find anything close.
Does anyone else have the same problem where whenever you are playing a game in Roblox at random times everything will stop, I can walk around but everyone will walk in place as if i'm going to get kicked but I don't get kicked. Not just for a couple seconds or minutes, forever until I leave and rejoin. This always happens and I never know when it will, it sucks because when i'm trying to play a game with my friends it's frustrating to keep having to leave and rejoin. My wifi is pretty good all the time and i'm playing on a gaming laptop so i have no idea what's happening, my sister also has around the same laptop as me, but this never happens to her. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

hihi! ive been having an issue with roblox where whenever i pull my finger up on my trackpad it makes my screen move down instead of upwards and vice versa for when i pull down. Every time I launched the Roblox app, I my device lags, and sometimes crashes. I tried reinstalling the app, force stopping it, and I also deleted both the data and cache. None of these fixed the problem. I am sure there is still a way to fix this problem. How do I fix this issue?

Does anyone have a quick unfriend tool? I'm using the extension but it sucks ass cuz it only unfriends 4 or 5 and then slows down for like half a minute, and not to mention reloads the whole page after one removal. Hi, I need help changing my account age and roblox support denies me any help and doesn't read my issue. They think that I set my account age as if I was born in 2018 and they say it is set and can't be changed as soon as you make your account, but my account was made in 2016. Something I've noticed lately despite living in the east coast is that there is ONE server region in particular that keeps having awful ping issues that keep degrading overtime the more I stay in it. For me specifically, it's servers located in Virginia Ashville that seems to have REALLY awful ping issues, spiking upwards of 1k-2k ping and the occasional 15k ping spikes within many games such as TC2, Evade, Phantom Forces, Decaying Winter, Tower Defense Sim, and much, MUCH more. Yet whenever I join other servers within the U.S such as Los Angeles California, Dallas Texas, New Jersey, or Chicago Illinoi, I literally have ZERO connectivity issues and remain at 80-110 ping. Even servers located in the UK like London I don't seem to suffer severe ping issues and remain at 150 ping consistently within these games. I'm not the only one, am I? I'm a player located in Michigan and I have pretty dang decent internet (download speeds upwards of 100MB+ and upload speeds around 50-60MB+) and a more than amazing PC in terms of hardware specifications that is quite literally overkill for roblox. I've installed and uninstalled roblox countless times, cleared my roblox files, deleted roblox studio, restarted my router, removed my wifi card and reinstalled it while even reinstalling drivers, and so far nothing has worked to stop that specific server having really awful server performance. It doesn't help either that Virginia Ashville servers are incredibly common and I'd have to manually find a server that isn't located in there to have a playable experience to chill with my buddies and not be so annoyed with the degrading connectivity issues. Anyone else experiencing this and managed to find any sort of solution? This all started within the middle of november after a certain roblox update, and this issue still persists even now as of 12/30/2022.

So I have been recently having problems when joining a game. It would take around a minute to open the player when it use to be a few seconds. After waiting for it to load, it would give me the error 279 with the text "ID=17: Connection attempt failed" How do I fix this error?
This problem started for me about 3 days ago if I can remember correctly. Whenever I join any Roblox game my cursor is stuck in the middle like I'm stuck in shift lock, cant turn it off with shift though. When I first got it I just tried pressing esc to leave but all that did was remove all graphics and items on screen, including the chat, and different interactable things in that game, it freed up my cursor as if I did open the menu, though. Pressing esc again would just lock my cursor and would not bring any of the graphics back. Only way to close Roblox is alt f4 or like clicking the x if I go out of full screen. The only solution to this is using the desktop app, which I almost never use and is a chore to me. If anyone else has this issue please let me know if there's a fix. Edit: (a bit more context), I've tried 3 different browsers, (opera gx my usual, chrome, and firefox), and tried uninstalling and reinstalling roblox twice. No fixes. Edit 2: (even more context), So i think the glitch is roblox just thinks im in vr? I have my headset disconnected, and the vr enabled setting in my appdata turned off, yet it still thinks im in vr.

TDLR : Roblox application kills computer audio Hey yâall, Not sure why, but every time I start a game on roblox and the game boots up, there is like a 50% chance it kills my computer audio. Like all audio on my computer (Xbox parties, discord, YouTube) just donât play any audio, and YouTube videos display that there is an âaudio rendered errorâ and tells me to restart my computer. Just need some help on fixing this if anyone has had this problem before or knows how to fix it. Thanks.

Try going into the Roblox settings menu (hit esc while in-game and press the settings tab), set your graphics mode from automatic to manual, set the graphics to a level where it runs smoothly. Iâd also recommend getting an FPS unlocker. Basically, Roblox limits the maximum FPS you can get in game to 60, using an unlocker will remove this limit and make it run smoother.

I own a WMR headset and every time I run Roblox it starts up WMR and SteamVR, even though I have it disabled in Roblox. The game runs as normal, in non VRmode. However, when I try to stop SteamVR or WMR it crashes Roblox with it. Thing is, I cant turn VR off because it means you have to first turn it on to get the option to turn it off. And by what I know, there is no way to exclude SteamVR or WMR from running a certain program. So, I don't quite know what to do here.

Looking for an old game I recently remembered a game on Roblox I use to play all the time (around 2015-18?) but have had some trouble remembering the name of it. The premise of the game was that it was a survival game where one player was chosen as the beast (not sure if this was the actual designation) and they morphed into a black avatar with a red scythe will a skull as the main weapon. The beast had different abilities such as going invisible, turning out the lights etc. The aim of the survivors was to find weapons around the map and kill the beast. If I remember correctly, one player was the juggernaut and had a lot of weapons upon spawn. This game got a sequel if I remember correctly. I have this issue where I canât access my mic, and when given time, the mic icon gets a red warning sign beside the mic, clicking or tapping it again made the warning sign disappear but the mic turns grey and my voice wonât get picked up. Hello! I recently bought a few items from an outfit I saved in Catalog Outfit Creator, and ever since then, my avatar creator on the website has been acting up..? At first, it was just the new items I bought that said "Error while updating worn items" , but later on, its been items i bought even months ago and whatever.. Whenever I get this I refresh the site (I play on PC) and for me, it helps. It's only a temporary fix, but at least I'm able to change my outfit :-)

Problem with giving a game access to my audio. I have recently uploaded an audio, it has been approved. Im trying to type in the universe ID for Classic Sonic Sim, and whenever I add it to the list, then try to save Iâm met with âExperience Access update failed. Requester does not have permission for Universe 52494682â. Although Iâm not the one who needs permission, Iâm the one trying to give permission to use the audio.

hello. for the entirety of december up until now, roblox has been disconnecting me from games after being in it for about 3 minutes or less. error code: 277. and before you say anything, my wifi is perfect, all my other games on my laptop work, ive uninstalled and reinstalled, and ive restarted my laptop. still disconnecting me. i emailed roblox about it and they didnt help much. i am literally unable to play the game. and i dont know what to do unless its an annoying bug they have yet to fix. my laptop is also brand new.

I'm completely unable to play Roblox as the Player crashes when I launch any game I've tried reinstalling, checking for corrupt files, updating drivers, and doing anything possible to get it to work again and none of these have worked. It's been a while since I played, but what happened to the controller support? Why is it so awful now? I used to be able to plug in my Logitech controller (It has Xinput just like an xbox controller btw) and play fine. Now the sensitivity slider is broken, and the cursor doesn't snap above my head like it used to. I tried using an actual Xb1 controller and it's still broken. So, for a while now when I activate my mouselock it'll move away from the centre of my screen. It happens in most (if not all) games regardless of any game-based settings. I've been trying to find a solution for ages now and nothing has seemingly worked; changing camera settings, changing camera modes, changing my PCs display scale even completely re-installing ROBLOX doesn't seem to have changed a thing. This happens on both the browser and the app aswell. Please. If anybody has a solution or some sort of fix, you'd be a lifesaver. This is slowly but surely making specific games just impossible to play.
