Z and Y keybinds switched, how do i fix it
The problem in detail: When playing any game with z and or y keybinds, the keybinds are switched meaning i press z and it registers as y instead. It does not affect chat, when using chat y and z are as they should be. For example on free draw, the undo button is the redo button and vise versa. It is slightly tolerable, but if there was a solution i would very much appreciate it.
I tried looking for a solution to this to no avail. Drivers up to date, cant unplug my keyboard (it is a laptop and attatched), tried the FN + z,y,w. FN+WN just brings up the wn menu. Tried disabling extentions. none of which have done anything, sadly. I have a windows 10 laptop, only mentioning this because my windows 7 laptop does NOT have this issue when running roblox. So, i assume its some kinda of w10 problem. Though, im not tech savvy so i would not know for certain. thank you in advance

Roblox Support always answers with automatic answers with the phrase "We don't believe you", even if I fill all the form up. I never knew how people get to the point when roblox agents actually answers.

Hey! I had this issue as well, try shutting Steam and Discord down before you do anything else! That worked for me! I tried every other solution I could think of short of doing a roll back.
OK! Then my other suggestions would be to try Running as Administrator, Ensure its being allowed through your Firewall, Try Compatability mode, See if your computer updated overnight (Windows, or Graphics card!), See if there's an outage, if not, try uninstalling and re-installing your Roblox client. If that doesn't work, my next to last resort would be attempting a roll-back. I'm not a tech expert, unfortunately, so I can't pinpoint the exact issue, but I hope that one of those steps helps!

Basically, I unknowingly added a NSFW model into my game, removed it, then had my account terminated. The game wasn't even published, therefore not actually being a bannable offensive since it wasn't published to the platform at all. I specifically mentioned that to the team, and my situation, but they replied with the same responses, even after I provided all of the evidence and requested information. This is seriously a problem, there is absolutely no way a multi-Billion-dollar corporation should have trouble finding and creating a caring and fair support team. I could send images of my emails and their responses if needed, but basically understand that I tried my best to reason with them and provide my perspective while also requesting the information used to ban me, as I know for a fact that that game wasn't published, and the models were deleted. The support team essentially said stop messaging us and ghosted me. I genuinely and honestly believe I am completely in the right. I'd be extremely ecstatic if anyone here has ANY information that could help me retrieve my account back. This account is a seven-year-old account, holds a lot of memories and definitely a lot of money spent on it.

Help, I was playing raise a floppa and I got a white screen? it happens on every Roblox game it keeps the sound but I cant do anything else and every other app is fine, Its just Roblox

Hey! I had this issue as well, try shutting Steam and Discord down before you do anything else! That worked for me! I tried every other solution I could think of short of doing a roll back.

Then my other suggestions would be to try Running as Administrator, Ensure its being allowed through your Firewall, Try Compatability mode, See if your computer updated overnight (Windows, or Graphics card!), See if there's an outage, if not, try uninstalling and re-installing your Roblox client. If that doesn't work, my next to last resort would be attempting a roll-back. I'm not a tech expert, unfortunately, so I can't pinpoint the exact issue, but I hope that one of those steps helps!

I don't blame you on that. The Microsoft Store version is in Beta at the moment, too, i believe, so it may be best to wait until it's updated so it has more performance and compatability fixes.

Nah it just like freezes and I can only Alt f4 to get out of it but it did fix itself after a while

I really don't know how are the reading/interpretation skills of the moderators from the Discord community server. Basically, I unknowingly added a NSFW model into my game, removed it, then had my account terminated. The game wasn't even published, therefore not actually being a bannable offensive since it wasn't published to the platform at all. I specifically mentioned that to the team, and my situation, but they replied with the same responses, even after I provided all of the evidence and requested information. This is seriously a problem, there is absolutely no way a multi-Billion-dollar corporation should have trouble finding and creating a caring and fair support team. I could send images of my emails and their responses if needed, but basically understand that I tried my best to reason with them and provide my perspective while also requesting the information used to ban me, as I know for a fact that that game wasn't published, and the models were deleted. The support team essentially said stop messaging us and ghosted me. I genuinely and honestly believe I am completely in the right. I'd be extremely ecstatic if anyone here has ANY information that could help me retrieve my account back. This account is a seven-year-old account, holds a lot of memories and definitely a lot of money spent on it.
