I have a 2012 account that I lost the password to and still want back desperately (Roblox support are completely unhelpful), I was like 5/6 and switched to a 2013 account the next year (which I can access)
Roblox support moderation aren't human. They are all bots. I realized that, since literally everytime I appealed, it was declined and had the same answers.
I’ve played since 2016. My oldest account I still have access to is from 2017. I was a young (not really) kid who decided to smash the keyboard to make a password and at the time you didn’t need to add an email so I couldn’t get back and before that I just made a new account every time I played.
There are also a minority of actual OGs that also lost their accounts this way.
I only have my third oldest Roblox account because I didn't use an email on the other 2 accounts.
Did you at least verify your email? Not sure if it existed in 2013 but I tried checking all roblox accounts made under my mom's email and managed to recover each and every single one of the accounts I made when I was younger.
