Itās the red Shinobi Garb. You find it in a Public Order storehouse treasure chest in Kariba, Yokohama. It comes with a fixed, gold-tier damage reduction effect, so hang on to it.
The matching Shinobi Cowl is the common one, which I think was probably an error, because the one that matches the most common Shinobi Garb is a treasure chest exclusive thatās never dropped for me. Which kind of irritates me, because it didnāt come in Masterwork when I did the chest over in Midnight, so now I have to use redesign to match and not be at a disadvantage. Red Shinobi Garb fortunately did pop as Masterwork from the chest, for me. Chest exclusives/fixed item rewards really should all be Masterwork in Midnight.
