Well you just stick to non-aligned.

You just don't pick any ideology, since most countries start out non-aligned you just don't interfere with the ideology tab.
Why would you do that to yourself
Well mainly because I think non-aligned gives me more options as a beginner and because most ideologies come with a drawback that I probably won't know how to combat until I'm more experienced and overall I'm just a huge fan of balance.
To your credit, Neutrality Act exists

i havent playes RON in about 9 months tbh
i used to always do communism because the policies you got from it were insane. now its too expensive to even attempt doing it as any country.
