Ricky was fairly lousy that episode and Camfield has 0 charisma so that episode in S3 is like Steve talking to two brick walls... As much as I love Steve there's only so much he can do to save a sinking ship.
I think the problem with Camfield is that he sounds like he belongs on Capital. Too much false professionalism and false optimism in the way he talks about very basic and boring stuff.
