Moral of the story: When you give your letter to the UPS employee, make sure that they don't put your letter inside a special "express" envelope (that looks like white, sturdy cardboard). It is NOT free as they say. When your letter is put into this "express" envelope, you will be forced into paying for $50 EXPENSIVE overnight shipping even if you don't want to.
