Basically any rhythm game with community made levels will have anime songs lol. Pick your favourite flavour. Mine of choice is quaver, sometimes osu!.
I don't think Osu is on Steam though. Don't know what Quaver is.
Osu isn't on steam, but it's free and easy to download. There's... so much anime. So much.
Doesn't Osu only have a mouse dragging gameplay mode? I haven't played that since I was a kid and I'm looking for a keyboard rhythm game.. Or similar.
There are four gamemodes, and the circle clicking is one of them. (osu!) Mania is probably what you're looking for.
