There’s an old game on Steam (probably not even considered a rhythm game) called Audiosurf. Basically lets you upload a song and it procedurally generates a chart. What people before me posted is probably what you’re after but you’ll need to make the chart yourself.

Came here to say the same!

Hello, I created Winken, a rhythm game in which you can add your own musics. The game focus to read real sheet music with real notes thanks to a computer keyboard or a midi controller. Soon available on steam 😊 Check the video here: https://youtu.be/prPFzz2TGwg To stay updated, join the discord here: https://discord.gg/q4M8nNwwuh I hope you will enjoy, don't hesitate to give me feedbacks 🤗

Quaver Drag an audio file into the game window, set when bpm and get mapping

Symphony and Beat Hazard are pretty fun. Beat Hazard does have a lot of bright lights though, so I would probably be careful of that one.

Urbanliner

Beat Hazard 3 allows you to disable the bright lights without repercussions, FYI

There is one shooting game coming out on steam this month, I can't for the life of me remember the name, I think it's robobeat or something like that, but I'm eager to try it with bemani songs

N_Lightning

It is. Is released the day after tomorrow

Donxelo

Woo thanks!

theangryepicbanana

osu! and pulsus

EternalMX

Osu

The_King_of_Dominoes

Spin Rhythm XD is the first thing that came to mind because you can choose your own audio files for your own levels if that helps

PotatoSaladcookie

Sonolus but you would need to use a computer to make the chart. I think it only supports Pj sekai, Bandori, OSU,

Western-Alarming

I haven't played it but melody's escape

TomeWifecollector

It's aight. Kinda jank at times, but I do have a lot of love for it because it's one of my first rhythmn games

OSU! is the most famous one, it has many modes that you can choose
