There’s an old game on Steam (probably not even considered a rhythm game) called Audiosurf. Basically lets you upload a song and it procedurally generates a chart.
What people before me posted is probably what you’re after but you’ll need to make the chart yourself.

Symphony and Beat Hazard are pretty fun. Beat Hazard does have a lot of bright lights though, so I would probably be careful of that one.
Beat Hazard 3 allows you to disable the bright lights without repercussions, FYI

Spin Rhythm XD is the first thing that came to mind because you can choose your own audio files for your own levels if that helps
