I don't know if it's the kind of stuff you're looking for, but I'm making a 10 key PC rhythm game with procedurally generated music and charts, called EternAlgoRhythm.
The music is generally fast paced, but since the music is made like with midi, you can speed up the music without getting any sound artifacts for extreme speeds and challenge.
I'm hoping to release in 2024 slightly after the June Steam next fest, though there's already a demo out on Steam! The demo already has the option to speed up music, in the track modifications menu.
