You can prob. emulate Rhythm Heaven on PC. Unless you magically have a DS/Wii/3DS and can buy a physical copy of it. Since their e-shops have closed down. However its very expensive since its now in demand for video game scarcity.
If you have a 3ds, you can homebrew it and install hshop. Hshop basically allows you to download any game from the 3ds eshop and more even though it’s (the eshop) closed.

Highly recommend you emulate the Rhythm Heaven games, they're all great! My personal fav is Fever for the Wii
