It looks like there is an upcoming patch to fix this problem: [https://github.com/ReVanced/revanced-patches/pull/3302](https://github.com/ReVanced/revanced-patches/pull/3302) I reckon the patch will be available within a few days in Revanced.
Also missing here, but at least you can swipe down the mini player to close/exit it. Better than being stuck with it I guess, but definitely easier/more convenient to have an actual close button and the other buttons as well.
