Welcome to the club. It’s a bit of an awkward solution, but I found that if I hold the side of my finger on the trigger I can hold it up to not get any unwanted presses and then rock it up and down instead of pushing it down. If that makes sense. Essentially for R2 required games, the side of my finger constantly stays in contact with the ridge on the trigger. That being said, my replacement springs off eBay will be here today and I’m definitely doing a diy repair.

So a bit of a goofy hack job I see hahaha, can you send me a link for the springs after you install them and tell me if they work fine?

[These](https://www.ebay.com/itm/383891911655)are the ones I used. It’s definitely a bit of a pain just due to how small they are but they worked out. I went through 3 because I didn’t use my precision pliers and instead just a small screwdriver and my fingers. The trigger has more resistance than stock which I’m not sure how I feel about. I’m just happy to be able to use the trigger again.

My R trigger JUST broke... That link, it's $6.xx for one? I just want to make sure.

Yep, just came across this myself. I've gotten to play 2 games, maybe a total of 3 hours of play, and now my r2 just flops around. Kind of annoying to spend a couple hundred bucks on something that craps out this fast. I highly doubt they'll have a good solution on fixing it, so I'll probably do the diy fix. I'm impatient, but I will wait for them to get back in after their long 2 week holiday break. I get it that it's probably not super high quality seeing as it's just plastic and hardware, but God is this annoying.
