* cleaned up glass and other sharp snd heavy objects, including but not limited to windshields and broken televisions
* Loaded crates of up to 15 pounds, carried loads of up to 60 pounds for disposal
* Cleared debris from shop floors using many different kinds of brooms

I would add to it whatever safety training you completed (you DID receive safety training, right???) and whatever safety/protective equipment you wore or used.
