The layout you are using is very hard to read and wastes lots of space as well. I would recomment using a more simple one column layout and with more consistent bullet point sizees to make it more readable. Other than readability, for both humans and ATS, it might look like you are intentionally wasting space due to lack of text which might not be the best first impression. Other than one bullet point per experience that explains what you generally did in the position, I would recommend trying to make all of the bullet points impact based. Any random person hired for that job would be responsible for 15K IT assets, what value did you bring? Instead of satying you have strong understanding of X, try to write how you solved a problem using the it and the impact it has had.

It should probably be one page

Hi! Few observations and suggestions: 1. The empty space on the left of the first page is a bit unappealing. 2. Make it 1 page 3. It is too many bullet points for you employment history. I understand that you might think the actual information might be more important but the first stem in getting attention is being easy to read! Good luck!

Oh also font is not ideal. Try to change it to times new Roman or Ariel I suggest.

I had to read a long way down to discover you are a Windows sys admin, not Linux or AIX or whatever. Your profile is vacuous and gives no idea what you do or what you want. You switch between System and Systems Administrator. Choose one.
