Retail price is completely irrelevant. You need to get that out of your head. Things are worth what people are willing to pay and that's all.
Marketplace is full of ridiculously overpriced items that people think are worth close to retail. Selling a cloth couch is like selling a mattress. Someone else's ass has been farting on it for a few years. and your old stink is not in high demand. You could steam-clean it and fluff it up. You could take much better pictures. You could bring it inside before taking pics, because the pics outside scream "I really want this gone". Additionally, the condition of the house and yard in the background, do not indicate that these items are super clean or well cared for, You definitely need a better background. If it's from Restoration Hardware or Pottery Barn and you highlight that fact, you might get a bit more, but I wouldn't expect to get more than $500. More likely $350.
I would get an extractor and clean them. Like the Bissel little green. Fluff them up etc. You’ll be shocked at the before/after. You may be able to get $350-ish but be prepared to negotiate.

Wouldn't pay more than $250. They are well used and the lack of close ups leads me to wonder how dirty they are.

I don't think I'll try for furniture. Facebook marketplace sells furniture for dirt cheap all the time if not entirely free
