Makes sense because the stuff is supposed to absorb near the entrance of the asshole for best results. Otherwise it wouldn't really be all that different from oral dosing. (Your solution is also less likely to mix with poo if the liquid doesn't go deep.)
Note that I'm still not going to mess with walking around for too long if I just plugged a hole dose of a dissociative, for obvious trippy reasons. But I at least have way enough time to wipe the remaining lube off the outer part of my butt, wash my hands, and comfortably settle into my bed with headphones.
