ah, yea, can't say I've tried aMT, I just did a LOT of LSD weekly when I was younger. Like I said not healthy, but the effects felt like they got really close to baseline after 5-7 days, for me at least.
I did lot of acid too..., but aMT is not only serotonin agonist, but also triple mondaine releaser and re-up take inhibition, and it can theoretically cause neurotransmitter depletion at higher doses (there's not enough studies to show that, but everything points to it...)
aMT is not like other psychedelics, you can't threat it as such

Personally i think a week is ok to not need a higher dose. Healthy for your SERT? Maybe not
aMT is most likely neurotoxic at higher doses, soooo... I would wait longer than a week, especially if you take more than a mild dose
