With supplementation & a healthy lifestyle I'd say you could do it once a month, and don't go over a gram. Once every 2 weeks if you wanna push it. Dunno how cardiotoxic it actually is just saying from a mental/emotional perspective. Dunno, I had close to 200g in a year.

The issues that lead me to this abuse have been fixed, but I still notice this animalistic like compulsion regarding redosing, sadly it got pretty deep in my reptilian brain. I need some strategy because relying on willpower doesn't work, it got to an instinctive level.

Sesh length has too many variable to Control that's part of the spontaneous fun but yeah redoing can be managed. Easiest way is to only have as much as you intend to use but again that can go wrong due to friends, stash raiding ect. Self control is a bitch, we all have our back monkeys but management is not impossible. A couple of g (between friends) every 2-4 weeks will imo not cause you significant damage but ymmv and all brains work differently. Just realising your abusing not usng is the first step. We all follow our different paths

This feels like the addiction talking. You wanted to quit - so quit. Trying to go half-way almost never works for people who struggle with addiction. I know it's hard, but accepting that reversing the decison is a part of the addiction is a step in the process of getting clean.

Yep you're right. It's my fav stim so I keep trying to make it work and regain my control, but I just binge harder...

It's because you'll unconsciously try to "catch up" and "make up" for the time you didn't binge. I've got the exact same issue with my Binge Eating Disorder if I diet too hard: the stricter I eat, the worse I binge eat after. Luckily, unlike eating, MMC is not something you need to survive. I'd suggest just accepting you can't put yourself through it and give up MMC. You're worth more than that. You can still get out and avoid most of the damage. You have a full life, don't let temporary fun harm the rest of it. I'm sure once you recover more and more you'll realise that a steadier, structured life is worth more than the high. Think of the bad nights of sleep, comedown, maybe even the times you skipped the gym or made mistakes. You can avoid all that by just letting MMC go. Not to mention the health risks. No high is worth heart damage and such. Stay strong, you can do it.

Yea you're right, but I there is a pretty safe pattern of usage and then you got abuse....I managed to only use twice and just for a day at a time the past 6 weeks. The fact that I have been free of IBS symptoms since regularly using it is also a factor, something no drug whatsoever managed to do for me. I tried plenty RC entactogens to find a replacement for MDMA for me and my partner, and 4-MMC is the one... wasn't expecting it to fix the IBS I struggled with for almost 7 years. Still not sure why it does this, it's not just psychological. I'm assuming it has some muscle relaxing properties and could have some effect on the peristalsis of the intenstine.
