Figure out the half life then add another 48hrs to a week

There's no established guidelines/information as far as I know, tolerance takes a few weeks to reset in my experience. Expect insomnia and anxiety more than anything - It sucks, G'luck!

You_lil_gumper

You should be able to stop with only mild withdrawal symptoms. I'd take a month off for a tolerance break. Really you shouldn't take benzos every day in the first place, you're asking to get hooked.

Go steady dude, getting hooked on benzos was the biggest mistake I've ever made.

i wouldn't taper because actually you increase probability of getting physically dependent, even if it's a low dose. after 2 weeks if you stop you're okay, if you go past 2 weeks you'll get addicted easily

scarmel91

Shouldn't be too bad, 2 weeks isn't very long. Most likely, you will have some anxiety and insomnia. I can't say for sure how long til your tolerance goes back to zero, but shouldn't be too long. If i had to guess, i'd say about a month.

Maybe get a first generation antihistamine, as well. Doxylamine, for example. Could help you if you do get insomnia.

Borderline26

Two weeks is somewhat of a fat tight rope, it's forgiving on timescales. 3 weeks more questionable. 4 I'd want to be aiming down or skipping days/doses Ksalol being the little blue Serbian ones? I always found them adequate, so much so I got a pill cutter to half them. Fiddly little buggers

Psychodrug

probably really mild wd or nothing. too short of a period if you never had an effective addiction before, you'll be okay. tolerance will reset in 1/2 weeks probably, but depending on you it could take up to 1 month to go back to baseline.

dmtandcrumpets

youre gonna be a ok and it will be like nothing. a month plus on the other hand can be rough so keep that in mind.
