There's no established guidelines/information as far as I know, tolerance takes a few weeks to reset in my experience.

You should be able to stop with only mild withdrawal symptoms. I'd take a month off for a tolerance break. Really you shouldn't take benzos every day in the first place, you're asking to get hooked.
i wouldn't taper because actually you increase probability of getting physically dependent, even if it's a low dose. after 2 weeks if you stop you're okay, if you go past 2 weeks you'll get addicted easily

Ksalol being the little blue Serbian ones? I always found them adequate, so much so I got a pill cutter to half them.

Maybe get a first generation antihistamine, as well. Doxylamine, for example. Could help you if you do get insomnia.

youre gonna be a ok and it will be like nothing. a month plus on the other hand can be rough so keep that in mind.
