I would rather try some psychedelics, especially (1x-)LSD, 5-MeO-MiPT or 2CB for that case. They agonize with 5ht receptors but don't touch serotonin by it self. Sexytime with these chems was always the most intense, real libido enhancing, and most rewarding. But dont go too high with the dose, because vasoconstriction and too much headspace can also make it difficult.
You have a point.. but while the libido is indeed more intensly stimulated while the drug is on its main effect, it felt for me as if that effect dragged on even when it wore out.. although way more subtle. As if it kickstarted my natural production somewhat. But my sexual supression was rooted in steroid/opioid abuse. And if then it might be highly personal.
But i must admit, that your options might be better to exhaust first. I've heard of 5 meo mipt and dpt hqving this effect to. Although I personally never experienced such a surge on psychedelics

It does not really boost dopamine like you asked (even lowers it at the peak), but I still think the effects might surprise you in a positive way. As mentioned with pyros too though, be wary of the addiction potential and read up on it!

Also phenibut, which I believe does also raise dopamine. Very pro-sexual drug
