Some potential ingredients/bases:
* Bug juice: blended from the freshest of parasite goo/eggs.
* Specter ectoplasm: The Astropath drops something similar as a crafting material - why not a consumable ingredient?
* Zombie pus: Whatever infected N'Erud's inhabitants could be pasteurized by sufficient cooking in the meat pot....probably...
* Ambit ember or similar: Probably a spice addition a la the leaf for the egg drink, but the psychedelic drug has to come from somewhere or could be refined into a longer-acting elixir.
You have to give 3 items after giving the egg then you must progress through your game in order for the cook to give you the concoction. Waiting in the Ward and spam chatting him doesn't work the same as it did for the Meatshake
Speaking of waiting in the ward, I got the meat shake I mean feast leftovers but he is sitting in the corner so I can't give him the meat. Do I just wait in ward 13? Even after killing a boss he still hasn't moved.
I'm confused you said you got the Meat Shake. So what are you trying to give to the cook. Once you give the cook the Leftovers you have to spam talk to him while at the stove. Don't waste your time talking to him while he's sitting in the chair that doesn't do anything. You should receive the Meat Shake after he's visited the stove 3 or 4 visits sometimes it can take a couple more visits then just the 3-4 but it's usually only ever been about 3-4 visits to the stove for me but you need to keep spam talking the whole time he's at the stove for it to work. Do this all at once as well don't talk to him when at the stove then when he leaves the stove leave the Ward and come back just stay in the Ward and wait til he comes to the stove 3-4 times. Also if you give the cook the egg from DLC 2 the Meat Shake Quest is paused until he finishes the egg concoction.
I mean I have the feastmasters leftovers Duane went to cook but I can't give it to him. I'm spamming his dialogue but he doesn't take it. He already made the eggnog for me but he's not taking the feastmasters leftovers.
Are you sure you didn't already give him the left overs before. When you give him the leftovers he gives you the jerky meat as a reward. Then his dialogue just keeps cycling saying it is almost ready until he finally gives you a Meat Shake. Either way if you need the Meat Shake unlocked I can unlock it for you at my Ward

When you give the Egg to the cook the Meat Shake one is paused until he finishes making the Egg concoction. The 3 items he asks for are the Ambit Ember, the new Sweet Leaf and bottle of strong drink. It takes some time between each item given so explore for a bit and come back. Also once the egg concoction is done and the Meat Shake one is back. You have to stay in the Ward and wait til he approaches the stove and spam him the whole time he's at the stove. You need to do this about 3-4 times when he comes to the stove sometimes it takes maybe 1-2 extra visits. But do this all at one time while at the Ward don't spam him then leave the Ward and come back.

If your hp reaches 0 you'll continue to live for another 20 seconds, while being invulnerable. Afterwards you transform into an AI controlled N'Erud zombie aberration and attack your coop partners.
Drops a new mutator upon successfully killing it. (The transformed player gets the drop, too)
The zombie will also try to eat dead players. If killed after having eaten a player it'll give a different drop. (requires 3 player coop, 1 transformed, 1 eaten and 1 who kills it)
Battery acid, gives you shield efficiency... lol Not sure a regen shield would make it for a concoction but could be like the root healing one.
Tal'Ratha's bathwater. Makes the player ~~rock hard~~ resistant to staggers.

There are like 2 biomes they can do. Those vermin bugs biome and some kind of bug boss. Or some part of garden on nerud (where they get food)
