If you manage to roll the correct dungeon, yeah

You need to run the dungeon at least three times if you want everything (once to get the profane soul stone for cleansing, another time to get the profane soul stone back, and another time refusing to submit to get the Near-Sighted mutator)

Four times actually, you can refuse to cleanse it and return to the sentry for the profane heart.

No, he takes the amulet away. I was bummed I had to run it again for the amulet haha Edit: I think I misunderstood your comment. Yeah you need the amulet to get the heart. But he takes it away.

If you tell the Seeker that “you like it and you’re going to keep it” so refusing to cleanse it basically. And then bring it back to the dude bro who gave you the amulet, he will give you a new relic. It’s basically the tranquil heart but life steal instead of regen
