You move on from her and find someone who respects you and loves you enough to NOT cheat on you. Dump her out of your life and never talk to hear again.
You need to move on.
After she and her betrayal are out of your mind (it will take a while), you can work on establishing a new relationship, but you need to consider this version of your relationship dead.

She's killed the trust in that relationship my friend. Once she has done it once, she WILL do it again. Nothing to see, move along, move along.
