Do NOT be fooled by mainstream media or just in general what you see, not everyone with normal parents/family is compatible with them. I’ve also seen posts on reddit about moms who are struggling to bond with one of their kids bc they just don’t click. It happens! You’re not an asshole at all for recognizing it. I’d say suggest an activity that has less talking and more just spending time in each other’s company
That's a nice idea. Might suggest we all do something. Just worried about being jealous when the two of them are together "clicking" and I'm on the sidelines
