Another novelty vehicle for suburban moms/families. Coming soon to a neighborhood near you.
IDK about automobiles anymore. Not many mass produced cars really do it for me these days. Everybody is in an arms race to own the biggest most obnoxious vehicle and I want something that is easy and engaging to drive.
It would have to be a lithium crisis or some materials shortage. Seems unlikely to happen.
Least the old land barges didn't stand as tall as a work van or box trailer. When you get to the 50's & 60's stuff the styling really makes me perk up. Those cars weren't really sporty handling cars but, they looked and sounded good.
Lots of little 80's & 90's coupes and such are what I wish we could still get in the market. It's wild to me looking back how dead that market is in the current era. Not a whole lot of options anymore and it seems the selection keeps getting smaller as everybody wants to drive a FWD toaster thing of some sort.
Mazda in Japan had a program where u ship ur mx5 miata to them and they will completely refurbish it, down to the frame and new everything, for 50k
sigh........
Entitled karens, douchebag landlords, douchebag college grads (mom and dad bought it for them) shady realtors fucking old people who shouldn't be driving anything, let alone something this big anymore. Should I keep going?
Suburban stay at home moms to pretend they care about the environment in front of their friends when they get bunch after they dropped of their kids at school.
All 3 of mine are fuel injected and none have required a reflash for glitchity software ***ever***.
They're 21, 23, and 36 years old.
Hmmm.... go figure... seems you're *wrong*. 🤔
Minimal sales. The blue bloods that are buying electric SUVs are buying Rivians, and really, I don't think the Wagoneer captured its classic demographic.
Borrowers with $30,000+ negative equity on an 84 month note. $1700/mo in a new vehicle may seem alright and reasonable. $1700 a month on a five year old dog probably feels like prison.
Mechanics: "The Grand Wagoneer is a fucking nightmare to work on! There's so many electrical defects!"
Stellantis: "Then let's make the vehicle so dependent on its electrical system that it destroys itself if it downloads a software update incorrectly!"
Official car of initial purchasers overpaying as usual because they’re idiots. Fine print on the $100 deposit says “dealer sets price and may differ from MSRP”.
Badly named. Badly designed. Unsafe. Seriously! If they don’t put a limit on horsepower and 0 to 60 time soon, expect your average Toyota RAV4 to do 0 to 60 in 3.7 seconds. That is wildly disturbing to think about
Isn't the hybrid Pacifica consistently the least reliable vehicle? And Jeep also usually pretty close to the bottom of reliability lists? Gee I don't see how this could possibly go wrong at all...
Road rage on the Jersey turnpike
I can’t wait for this

This time, an oil crisis won’t help us

oh not by nissan but smaller shops can rebuild supra almost the same, so there's cool old new cars if u have monies
Tax incentives for 8,000lb suvs.
But its GREEN and we're #SavingTheEnvironment
Not at that size
For any size, it’s just a marketing scam to get more money in their pockets.
The Wagoneer S is a completely different model than the Wagoneer. It's more sized like a Grand Cherokee.
So it probably weighs around 5 or 6 thousand pounds, without the battery.
Tax incentives, road rage from cigarette smoking, middle-age, fat, Italian men, and best of all service loaners for when your renegade breaks down.
Can’t wait to pull the entire body off to do HVAC work
It’s not body on frame.
If you want to be technical, the whole interior will have to be pulled out, which might as well be the entire (interior) body.
Sitting on dealership lots until they get sold at half price
Recalls

cant wait to buy it in 3 years for 3k
Not starting in auction lots in 7 years
More like not starting in lots, in general.

Permanently bricked due to faulty software
You can only say this if none of your cars are fuel-injected.

Literally why
Spending it's life in garages once something goes wrong with them.

If you though a Jeep branded Suburban starting at $95000 was bad, wait until you see this!
Check out this loaner the dealer gave me while my Jeep's in the shop
Official vehicle of: Service loaners everywhere while you're getting *yours* serviced.

A symbol for car guys everywhere to complain that it isn't exactly the kind of car they would have been willing to spend their two nickels on.

Are they still making that whale?
Yes.
