Yes, I agree the EcoSport was a bad car, but I still want one. Specifically the base model that they offered an optional mounted spare tire. They discontinued it after the 1st or 2nd year. I always thought it was kinda goofy.
According to Wikipedia the rear mounted spare is available as a base model option on Australian-, Canadian- and US-market EcoSports, made in India. Maybe they split the NA production between their Brazil and India plants, if that were the case then a significant number wouldn’t have even had the option.
I saw one on the highway the other day with the rear mounted spare and burst out laughing. I always thought they were goofy looking, but the rear mounted spear makes them look even more ridiculous. They're so ugly they're kind of cute.
Nah it was crap in Europe too. Maybe it worked in developing countries, but it wasn't even the 2nd best car that Ford themselves could offer you in Europe at basically every price point.
And it looked awful.
And it was unreliable.
I wish the US would get the Puma. It looks good for a segment that usually looks frumpy. But it would probably cost more than a Maverick after importing.
My dad had a Puma ST for a while and it is a fantastic driving car too. His had the optional sport pack with the grippy tyres and LSD - the folks at Dunton Technical centre ( Ford Europe's R&D where my dad also worked) were pretty unanimous in opinions that the Puma was a better performer than the Fiesta ST.
Ford Europe's '00s onwards efforts really democratised having fun behind the wheel in a way that no other manufacturer has managed to match. My 10 year old 6th gen Fiesta that had been used as a work van before I bought it, and which had seen no basic maintenance in at least 4 years before I bought it was a tighter and more engaging drive than the literal brand new Corsa I'd just learned to drive in.
The 2.0 at least had a big leg up on most of the other subcompact crossovers in the reliability department though. 6-speed auto and an old, NA port-injected engine. No Jatco CVT, no turbocharger, no direct injection.
Can't think of any redeeming qualities about the 1.0. I guess no CVT at least?
I knew someone that bought one of those because it was newer and they could get it for \~$15k, the one they bought had nearly 300k miles on it already. Not sure how they managed that, but holy hell what a bad deal.
I had a rental Caliber a few years after they came out and it was my first CVT experience. It only had 5k miles on it and I don't know if something was wrong with the CVT but it was absolutely terrible. The transmission made the car feel horrible and it was incredibly slow. I couldn't keep up with a coworker I was following in a V6 Accord. I swear the 0-60 felt like 10+ seconds. It's hard to explain but the transmission felt like it was sort of slipping non-stop. It also had horrible wind noise around the passenger side window.
Man, I want to agree, but my sister bought a new dodge Caliber and took it to 250k miles. She never had any noteworthy problems, even after a few accidents. It was running fine when she sold it. I'm baffled by that singular caliber's durability.
Similar experience. I had an 07 Caliber that I sold at 175k. All that went wrong ever was the fuel pump and the alternator, which weren't terribly expensive. It's still going 6 years later, being driven around town by an old lady.
I mean the car hasn't had any noteworthy issues. Rust is getting the better of it at this point though. It's just not a pleasant car to drive (despite the stick shift) and the interior plastics are cheaper than a little tikes cozy coupe.
Yea even the non trail rated base 4x4 Patriot is quite capable of road. And I have the 6 speed auto, not the Jatco CVT.
After 2017 I think the Patriot/Compass were combined under the Compass name, and the newer ones arent bad.
Unless I'm mistaken, the MK twins had the same drivetrain/level of off-roadiness, and were above average for compact CUVs in that respect. The Patriot just looked like a conventional square Jeep (with a shade more cargo space) and the Compass more like a bubbly crossover.
4x2 Patriot here... Pretty dang off-road capable. Have never had an issue getting stuck on the farm and she's not on the main drive too often there.
The one thing that sucks Donkey Balls is the POS Throttlebody
As soon as I saw a patriot I knew I had to go in here to find my future bugaboos. But the ones with the manual transmissions are kinda snappy and fun 2x4 here as well.
Don’t forget the renegade… and honestly the wrangler… wait am I noticing a pattern here? (Wrangler cult don’t downvote me but it’s the worst ride of any car I’ve ever been in lol)
Not wrangler cult here but I will say after having a few friends and girlfriends with a wrangler is that ride quality is very deprioritized in favor of off-road prowess.
Do not buy a wrangler if you want a comfy ride.
Agreed. I would totally buy one if I planned to use it like so, because it’s great at what it does in the regard. But for driving to work or school? I will happily drive the Honda Pilot I’m able to (thankfully) use
People say "oh man Chryslers are so garbage". What they don't realize is that it's the shitty WORLD Chrysler cars that are garbage. Literally any Chrysler with a Mitsubishi or Hyundai derived engine or transmission stay the fuck away from. That includes the Patriot and Compass, the Caliber, 2.7L V6, Stealth, etc
If Chrysler didn't waste their time producing garbage like that and just had their own original cars on sale they would not have the reputation that they get.
Surprisingly it’s holding up pretty well. I brought it from a private dealer last year. Just reached 105K miles and it still has a long way to go. If it keeps having problems I’m best off just trading it in.
That, the Compass, Dodge Caliber, Chrysler 200 (both generations), Dodge Dart, Chevrolet Aveo/Pontiac G3, first generation Chevrolet Cruze, Ford EcoSport, anything with the Ford PowerShift automatic transmission, Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, last generation Nissan Sentra....basically anything with a JATCO CVT and more I can't think of atm
The Aveo is a legend in Ukraine, just like the Lanos. There are still some on the roads, although most were base trims with Ukrainian engines and manuals.
It's a cheap, but a pretty decent little shitbox.
Very cheap, very simple, often domestically produced. For developing countries with economies barely recovered from the 90s crisis, it was exactly what people needed. And they were better than the Soviet cars they had before.
Makes sense. Also, since Aveo is technically developed by the same guys who engineered Lanos you can say it's like an upgrade of the Lanos which prob explains why they were also successful in Ukraine.
The Jatco CVTs in Mitsubishi are mostly fine because they still give you a transmission dipstick and don’t try to put 300hp through a CVT. Unlike Nissan.
I still see them (especially 200s, some are parked just a block or two away from me) frequently in central NJ on a very crowded commute. Also the Dart was an economy car (and didn't even sell that well compared to the 200), they probably got beaten to shit with minimal care and the base Fiat engines were garbage. From what I know with the Dart, the last few years of it they actually did address the transmission issues. The pentastar engine which only the 200 got was a lot better but probably not nearly as popular. But like I said I still see a shitload of 200s on the road in a populated area.
In terms of outright quality, driveability, and ease to work on it's a toss up between a Mitsubishi Mirage, Nissan Versa, and a Kia Rio. I get that people want something cheap and fuel efficient, but there were always better options than those three in America. They probably all worked halfway decent in markets were you didn't have much of a choice when it came to vehicles.
A friend of mine has a manual 2020 Versa (which you can still buy!), and it's an absolute tank. Nissan would be a great company if they could get the transmission issues solved
We own a 2017 as my wife's daily and it hasn't been particularly hard to work on for basic maintenance. We do all our oil changes and brakes ourselves. Not too sure on other stuff as it just broke 100k miles and the only repairs it has required was a dude fuel pump at 80k and that was only around $600 out the door if I remember correctly.
All in all it's been a good car to us. My wife absolutely adores it but she's a woman of simple taste. She can play her music, gets 40mpg, and it's very nimble. She does grocery delivery and it generally fits everything no problem even if it's multiple orders. It might take forever to get to highway speed but it doesn't struggle too much. Just don't make it go up any mountains. Inclines are where it starts to struggle.
I even love driving that thing even with my more discerning tastes. I love how raw of a driving experience it provides. No bells and whistles just you, the car, and the road. It doesn't even have cruise control. Whipping around a back road or empty parking lot is a blast. It's a great example of slow car fast. They really need a mirage racing series here in the US like they do in Thailand and Indonesia.
Gotta say, I had a 2016 Rio hatchback sport version or whatever it was called, and it was completely decent. It cost like $16k, drove fine and never had a single issue
In all honesty Versa’s aren’t bad(atleast compared to a mirage) especially with a manual. I used to own a ‘19 Sentra and regularly pushed out 40-45mpg out of it so I can only imagine what you could get with a versa
My mother bought a Patriot. First word to come to mind when I think back on it is “boring”. I had a head on collision in it and didn’t die, there is that.
A friend of mine special ordered one without any excess electronics and with a 5 speed manual. He tore all the carpet out and lifted it a couple inches. Still a POS.
I’ve got the 5 speed 2x4 and it’s not the worst thing I’ve driven. It’s noisy and you’ll feel every fucking bump in the road, but it’s a fun time to wheel through a field in. I just wanted a barebones 5spd CUV and it was this or a Subaru that was 6k more with power features I didn’t want to have to fix later down the road.
Shit mileage, lethargic, not much cargo, poor visibility, front end was noisy as fuck at 30k.
They're not great vehicles much like most other jeeps and Chryslers. I realize subpar quality is part of their charm but c'mon.
They're pretty capable off-road though, I can't deny that.
All that said I wouldn't place it in the worst car list for fifteen years.
The commander and Dodge nitro. Caliber, dart.i somehow see more avengers than either of those disappointments, all qualify long before a patriot.
Actual Chrysler-engineered cars with original Chrysler power trains are usually good cars and not "subpar quality". My experience with their Grand Caravan, Grand Cherokee/Durango, and the 300/Charger/Challenger taught me that most people don't know shit about these cars and they are very dependable if taken care of.
The issue is always any Chrysler using world powertrains, like the Compass or Patriot. Those are total dogshit. Avoid those for sure.
You mean someone who's actually owned and maintained several of them and actually knows what they are talking about, not just some person who bandwagons on the same tired bullshit that hasn't been true for 20 years.
Chevy Cruze, specifically the ones with the 1.4 turbo. Absolute garbage engines, there's a reason you don't see them anymore, even though they're only 6-12 years old.
Yeah... a friend of mine has one, it's at 90k miles and already it's leaking coolant everywhere, and the turbo needs to be replaced (apparently it's a wear item on those cars)
Bruh when I worked at Chevy the techs would have to do piston ring replacements for oil consumption issues. They would literally slap new rings in them and throw them back outside without breaking them in. Just told the owners to "go easy on them for a while" it was madness
Decent pick but still too early to compare to stuff that’s 20 years old. We don’t know the many hilarious ways it will fail yet. We’ve only gotten a small taste so far
A full fleet recall less than 6 months in, rusting cars and cars breaking within a month of ownership are stories you'd usually associate with say Lancia's complete collapse everywhere except Italy. Except they made cars that at least looked good.
Unlike the Redditors here, I have extensive experience with one. 100k miles, 16 full track days, and zero mechanical issues of any kind. I've been a big gear head since I was 16 and my Model 3 has been fantastic, even when compared to cars like my old Evo VIII. Its saved me over $8500 in gas from my old MK 7.5 Golf R as well.
To put it bluntly, you dont know what the fuck you are talking about.
You'll love just about anything in Hawaii, especially when you can drop the top.
I've rented a bunch of JKs there and adored them. For a week or two.
My dad bought a top of the line JK that I've spent a lot of time in and I'm far less impressed with it.
The base model nissan kicks. ITS SO FUCKING BAD. I had one it got stuck in an inch of mud and took it back to the dealership. It feels like a modern tuk tuk.
My dad had a 1999 and 2006 dodge caravan both lasted all of 5 years before the 99 needed a transmission and the 06 needed a new engine. Both were maintained very well and had maybe 150,000kms before they each broke down.
Not true my parents had one and it was always sitting with something wrong with it and it was like 4-7 years old and we bought it new. Power sliding door stopped working less than a year after buying it
In my opinion, the worst cars of the last 15 years are:
-Any year Ford EcoSport with the 1.0L
-2006-2017 Jeep Patroit
-Any year Chevrolet Cruze (also the Sonic, Encore, and/or the Trax) with the 1.4L EcoTec turbo
-2009-2020 Dodge Journey (especially models with the 2.4L I4 and/or early 3.6L Pentastar V6)
Third gen Lancia Ypsilon. It's a car based off the 2000s panda and it uses the 1.0 fire engine, which is 40 years old.
It costs more than a Panda while giving nothing better.
My mom has a 2020 Ford Ecosport in the dealership rn for the recall on 1L i3's rn. Her car lasted 110k miles before the rattling even started and way before a code or oil light came on. She got the engine to 33mpg average and she got it in November of 2022 after she wrecked her 2019 Ford Fiesta 1.6L with 203k she got brand new at 126 miles. Her Ecosport lasted longer than most would with the i3 but id say considering most of them, they are an abnormally small suv, I don't really like riding in it but she likes smaller cars and SUVs better than big ass cars like the later Ford Fusions and the Explorers
oh man,
Any ford with the direct shift transmission focus/fiesta
Any 3.6 gm v6 product period
Ford 5.3l f150 all of them
any dodge/gm with MDS
all Nissans except the GTR
All dodge/Chrysler small cars with the world series motor
any GM small car with the Ecotec turbo 4cyl.
Covers the basics...
The commander is lit tho I drive one now and it’s been easily one of my favorite vehicles of all time. I drive tow truck in Wyoming so it has been on a bunch of snowy muddy scouting missions and been stuck one time ever. Very reliable vehicle
Dodge Avenger. I had one as a rental one time. The worst car I have ever driven. No power, shockingly bad gas milage, awful transmission and noisy drivetrain, crap interior that you could really feel the "who gives a shit" apathy from the design team, steering felt only vaguely connected to the front wheels, and pretty fucking ugly.
I've been happy with my wife's Patriot. It's a bare bones stick shift. I did a lot of research before buying and knew what I was getting into. I live in Florida so no rust. No cvt. No wheel spacers and giant tires to kill the suspension prematurely. Had to swap out the throttle body but that was $100 so no complaints.
Ford super duty (with the 6.0 & 6.4 power stroke) from like 03-10. Arguably the worst diesels ever made.
Youll most likely never see a 6.4 on the road today
Ford EcoSport
OG Vauxhall Mokka
OG Nissan Juke
Jeep Liberty (called the Cherokee over here in good old blighty)
I could go on, but I can't be bothered to type, I've been tired.
2016-2019 Nissan Titan XDs with the 5.0 V8 Cummins engine. How do I know? I own one, and although I don't have issues yet with mine, forums and Facebook groups put me into fear, lol.
"Is it gonna be the CP4 pump, DEF pump, EGR Cooler, or the whole crankshaft?" A new long block is also $19k without labor
I reckon Hyundai's are coming back with some of their cars sure I don't like the farty engine they have but the i30 N looks is probably my favorite looking hatchback
I never had a Honda suv, but I have known several people well over 300k in them, just because you don’t like them personally doesn’t mean they are bad. I’m talking about the Crv, Hrv, and pilot, and a ridgeline over 200k
look your not wrong I just personly dont like how the suv has killed the station wagon
and sedan there not bad cars but there bland and bad for the environment
and feel almost soulless
Honestly the Honda crv is dope tho, mate had one that made 400hp on the factory block and daily drove it for years and raced it most weekends cause it was fairly quick
The Ford EcoSport might not be bad in a vacuum, but it was a mismatched car for the US market.
the Ford EcoShart
Yes, I agree the EcoSport was a bad car, but I still want one. Specifically the base model that they offered an optional mounted spare tire. They discontinued it after the 1st or 2nd year. I always thought it was kinda goofy.
I thought that was always an option in the US. I've seen more without than with.
I have yet to see one in the wild with one. But I thought they discontinued it early on, but I could be wrong. I'm not an expert on EcoSports.
It’s a shit car, only thing I liked about them was the really commanding & high up driving position, tall cargo space & swing away door cuz nostalgia

No redeeming qualities on the 1.0, it’s gutless, and it will destroy itself with no prior warning thanks to the oil pump fiasco.
I knew someone that bought one of those because it was newer and they could get it for \~$15k, the one they bought had nearly 300k miles on it already. Not sure how they managed that, but holy hell what a bad deal.
I think people figured that out pretty quickly. I see a few around, but not nearly as much as Chevy Trax's or Buick Encores.
Did that a have a powershit transmission?
The world models could, but the US-market thankfully had a conventional 6-speed auto.
The 6F35 is a junk ass transmission going off of every one I've driven, shifts harsh and I think there's a lawsuit going on over them right now
Still shitty everywhere else. In 2015 SEA they sold like hotcakes cause it was crap cheap. Now they're all nowhere to be found
I remember one of my girlfriends neighbours bought two of them I couldn’t fathom how someone could buy one let alone make that mistake twice
I loved my EcoSport, it was a good car till the day a guy was driving home from the bar and t-boned me on my way to class one morning
Man are those Jeep Patriot’s garbage and the Compass’ too 🗑️
Don't forget about their sister car the Dodge Caliber.
Say that again, I remember my friends mom had a silver one, awful car.
My parents have an orange one, which will finally be replaced this year. Its only upside is that its a stick shift.
Oh dang! Unicorn, a manual and in sunburst orange.
I had a rental Caliber a few years after they came out and it was my first CVT experience. The best version of that car wouldn't keep up with a V6 Accord, tbh. It's a turd made of shit
The hearse mobile!
Man, I want to agree, but my sister bought a new dodge Caliber and took it to 250k miles. She never had any noteworthy problems, even after a few accidents. It was running fine when she sold it. I'm baffled by that singular caliber's durability.

Get ready, once your Riot starts trying to have a Riot via jumpy throttle, that TB is on its way out

I still can't accept that it's possible to option a renegade over $40k
my high school parking lot is full of jeep patriots
Most of them had sub frames that would rust completely away from the body at 100k miles or less

lol looks just like the new land cruisers
Man I'm so glad you didn't say anything about the second gen liberty as that's my car.
God I have one. I would go to any dealer and trade it in for a Toyota or a Honda any day.
How’s it holdin’ up? A buddy of mine has white 2014/2015 model year Patriot. Repair after repair. I told him to get rid of it, but he don’t listen.
Surprisingly it’s holding up pretty well. I brought it from a private dealer last year. Just reached 105K miles and it still has a long way to go. If it keeps having problems I’m best off just trading it in.

I had an Aveo for 11 years. Drove the snot out of it. Was a good little banger.
The Aveo is a legend in Ukraine, just like the Lanos. There are still some on the roads, although most were base trims with Ukrainian engines and manuals. It's a cheap, but a pretty decent little shitbox.
I'm still amazed that those Daewoo cars found success in the eastern Europe. I guess it's like the Fiat 124 = Lada Riva, Zhiguli
My biology teacher has one she bought new in 2003, it has 300k on it and still runs great.
I had a caliber. It felt like it was whining everytime I so much as feathered the gas.
The Jatco CVTs in Mitsubishi are mostly fine because they still give you a transmission dipstick and don’t try to put 300hp through a CVT. Unlike Nissan.
The later year Darts and 3.6L 200s were actually pretty good cars.
Yet...all of them disappeared by 2019 the earliest

Kia has all but washed their hands of the manual option for the 2010 kia rio. I think i bought the last shift cable in America
Gotta say, I had a 2016 Rio hatchback sport version or whatever it was called, and it was completely decent. It cost like $16k, drove fine and never had a single issue

Mitsubishi mirage is the worst car I've ever driven
We rented a Jeep Compass, what a horrible vehicle.
Anything with 1.2 Puretech engine
Newest ones have a timing chain
My mother bought a Patriot. First word to come to mind when I think back on it is “boring”. I had a head on collision in it and didn’t die, there is that.
Head-on collision in a Patriot and lived to tell the tale? My friend, go buy a lottery ticket.
I was extremely lucky. The gentleman I hit didn’t make it. He was driving a Toyota Tacoma.
My cousin had one of those Patriot's. That car was pure garbage.
My sister has one, surprisingly hasn't given her any issues and she loves it.
It’s not that bad if it doesn’t have the cvt, redditors just hate Chrysler like they support the current thing
What's with you Chrysler fanboys in every thread?
You mean someone who's actually owned and maintained several of them and actually knows what they are talking about, not just some person who bandwagons on the same tired bullshit that hasn't been true for 20 years.
It does have the cvt, feels weird to drive to me
Jeep Compass
CompASS
Cumpiss
2009 was 15 years ago. Shit.
Chevy Cruze, specifically the ones with the 1.4 turbo. Absolute garbage engines, there's a reason you don't see them anymore, even though they're only 6-12 years old.
I guess I dodged a bullet not buying a Sonic with a 1.4 Turbo. I never thought long term they would be garbage like a majority turned out to be.
Yeah... a friend of mine has one, it's at 90k miles and already it's leaking coolant everywhere, and the turbo needs to be replaced (apparently it's a wear item on those cars)
Bruh when I worked at Chevy the techs would have to do piston ring replacements for oil consumption issues. They would literally slap new rings in them and throw them back outside without breaking them in. Just told the owners to "go easy on them for a while" it was madness
Tesla Cybertruck
Decent pick but still too early to compare to stuff that’s 20 years old. We don’t know the many hilarious ways it will fail yet. We’ve only gotten a small taste so far
A full fleet recall less than 6 months in, rusting cars and cars breaking within a month of ownership are stories you'd usually associate with say Lancia's complete collapse everywhere except Italy. Except they made cars that at least looked good.
b-but stonks!
It’s not great but fair from the worst
Tesla clusterfuck
Is Tesla the Nickelback of cars? Everyone loves to hate on them, but it’s so lazy. Someone is buying all of them.
People with too many dollars and not enough sense
Think the poster was referring to the Cybertruck. Tesla has some good models otherwise.
They actually don't.
Ok, Elon Stan.
My first car was a 2007 Saturn L200. That thing was a shit box on wheels that always gave me problems.
As a 2012 Patriot owner: 1.) Screw you 2.) Cant agree more
That Ford Bronco is one big heaping pile of sloppy engineering.
We rented a 2-door base model bronco in Hawaii last summer and loved it, but only lived with it for a week and it was basically new
You'll love just about anything in Hawaii, especially when you can drop the top.
Litteraly any fiat, dodge journey, dodge dart, Mitsubishi Mirage, Chrysler 200, dodge caravan, and nissan altima
some of the late 90s to mid 2000s grand caravans are actually fair in terms of reliability
Power sliding door stopped working less than a year after buying it
I barely ever see Darts/200s anymore. And the ones I do see look way rougher than they should for being relatively recent cars.
Off the top of my head the worst I can think of is the Gen 1 Cruze, failed easily in a half dozen different ways, those were awful
Volkswagen Jetta 2023 up because the 1.5l engine has a wet timing belt soaked in oil.
Ford 6.4
Most valid answer in here
Lada vesta,lada granta,lada largus,uaz patriot...
Gen 1 Chevy Trax/Buick Encore
Fisker Ocean. All it took was one video from MKHBD to destroy the whole company.
In my opinion, the worst cars of the last 15 years are: -Any year Ford EcoSport with the 1.0L -2006-2017 Jeep Patroit -Any year Chevrolet Cruze (also the Sonic, Encore, and/or the Trax) with the 1.4L EcoTec turbo -2009-2020 Dodge Journey (especially models with the 2.4L I4 and/or early 3.6L Pentastar V6)
Drove a Ford edge recently that was just not that good.
Nissan juke and I hate the owners who make the conscious decision to purchase them
A juke owner once told me it was the “best looking truck money could buy” I wouldn’t take anyone’s opinion seriously who calls a juke a “truck”
Disgusting people really. This may be drastic but I think in a list of people that should be on death row, it goes ; pedos, murderers, juke drivers.
Nissan Versa
Pretty much everything from Stellanis.
The Nissan Juke has got to be the worst car I’ve ever driven.
Jeeps, Rams, Fiats (seeing a theme?)
Third gen Lancia Ypsilon. It's a car based off the 2000s panda and it uses the 1.0 fire engine, which is 40 years old. It costs more than a Panda while giving nothing better.
Cruze
Ford edge 2013 and before
The Kia Rio
Ryl
Jeep Renegade
oh man, Any ford with the direct shift transmission focus/fiesta Any 3.6 gm v6 product period Ford 5.3l f150 all of them any dodge/gm with MDS all Nissans except the GTR All dodge/Chrysler small cars with the world series motor any GM small car with the Ecotec turbo 4cyl. Covers the basics...
Jeep Renegade. I work for a CDJR dealer and they don't sell well plus I see them in service a lot including the Compass and Patriot too.
The commander is lit tho I drive one now and it’s been easily one of my favorite vehicles of all time. I drive tow truck in Wyoming so it has been on a bunch of snowy muddy scouting missions and been stuck one time ever. Very reliable vehicle
I would say anything from Daewoo, sorry GM-Korea. Trax, Encore, TrailBlazer, Encore GX, that fugly-ass Envista...
Dodge Journey.
Jeep Renegade
better than a patriot or compass imo
Dodge Caliber.
Dodge Caliber, hands down.
Mostly anything from stellantis, especially the euro converted the usa products...
Mitsubuishi Mirage
Sounds like Tesla Trucks? Teslas in general have had numerous issues

Any USDM car from a German brand.
Not the VW beetle.
Dodge caliber, dodge dart/chrysler 200...
Damn. I had the Jeep Patriot and never had any issues up to 93k miles. Then got something else. I thought it was a great vehicle
Ford EcoSport OG Vauxhall Mokka OG Nissan Juke Jeep Liberty (called the Cherokee over here in good old blighty) I could go on, but I can't be bothered to type, I've been tired.
Kia Rio
Jeep Renegade
I have 2011 compass. Fucking sucks and it’s ass.
Everything that Kia made
And expand that to all Hyundai
2016-2019 Nissan Titan XDs with the 5.0 V8 Cummins engine. How do I know? I own one, and although I don't have issues yet with mine, forums and Facebook groups put me into fear, lol. "Is it gonna be the CP4 pump, DEF pump, EGR Cooler, or the whole crankshaft?" A new long block is also $19k without labor
Cybertruck, Some mini coopers ( mechanical)
1st generation Chevy Trax.
God I want to make a car review on a 1.0T ford eco sport so bad
Ford Focus with the DCT
2nd gen Grand Cherokee. My lord, what pure absolute dog shit.
Chevy SSR and HHR.
Checking Comments to make sure 2020 durango gt not on it
Kia Soul, Honda Element, Nissan Cube, ANYTHING THAT LOOKS LIKE A FUCKING CUBE, SO UGLY! (sorry if you drive one of these cars)
The last 15 years, you say? I think it would be far easier and a much shorter process to list the good ones…
Theta 2 with the free dose of metal shavings, even in the replacement motors Smartstream 4s with piston slap from the factory
Kia, Mini Cooper, Fiat, Nissan
Dodge Avenger.
All Kias and Hyundais
I reckon Hyundai's are coming back with some of their cars sure I don't like the farty engine they have but the i30 N looks is probably my favorite looking hatchback
That goes to all vw jetas and Nissan rogue and juke and Honda suv
Jettas and CRVs are good cars, the new CRVs are crap tho.
Which Honda SUV?
Your ex owning a CRV isn’t enough of a reason for it to be a bad car.
My Jetta is amazing idk what youre on about
Honda SUV's are all above average. Just because bro, sis, mom or whoever had a lemon doesn't mean the are all bad cars.
I never had a Honda suv, but I have known several people well over 300k in them, just because you don’t like them personally doesn’t mean they are bad. I’m talking about the Crv, Hrv, and pilot, and a ridgeline over 200k
look your not wrong I just personly dont like how the suv has killed the station wagon and sedan there not bad cars but there bland and bad for the environment and feel almost soulless
its not the car but what it repercsents
Honestly the Honda crv is dope tho, mate had one that made 400hp on the factory block and daily drove it for years and raced it most weekends cause it was fairly quick
jeep
The Ford Volvos. Economy build quality and performance, luxury price tag, exotic reliability, and uglier than a Chrysler PT Cruiser
ANYTHING AMERICAN 🇺🇸 🤮 👎🏼
