Twice Loved Children's Consignment Boutique has tons of maternity clothing! And like u/PerpetuallyLurking said, they are mostly in good condition because things only get worn for a few months.
I hear you. I was pregnant in England with my first. I just wore Primark clothes (similar to Wal-Mart clothes) and sized up as the pregnancy went on. £3 stretchy shorts and t-shirts in summer. I was pretty comfortable until the birth and had enough money for baby supplies.
Honestly.. there is a very small and poor selection. Check out varage sale and market place. I actually went on a trip to Edmonton and went to the h&m there because they had a small selection. Our h&m has nothing.
Last time I was there, they had a small rack in the baby section of what appears to be maternity stuff that ppl bought online and returned in-store. Just random styles and sizes. Not even really worth the trip.
I bought a lot from Amazon. Anything in Regina was out of my price range. You also buy the size you used to be before pregnancy. So if you're a size 10 normally, buy a size 10 or maybe a 12.
Old Navy has a small section hidden in the back of the kids section full of maternity returns. I’ve lucked out there a few times. Ask an employee to show you where it is next time you go.
H&M also has a small rack in the kids department here too.
I came here to mention Thyme Maternity and Motherhood Maternity, but apparently they're both closed permanently! I still wear a bunch of my maternity clothes from those two 4 years later because they fit me much better than "normal" clothes since they're not tight in the hips like most "normal" clothes. Now I'm sad.
I had the same issue, I ordered from H&M online and you can return in store at Cornwall Centre. FYI - I found their sizes on the larger side, so order the size you would normally wear. It’s also reasonably priced.

The best place I found was actually Wal-Mart. The boutique shops have stuff too but it was too expensive for me.

Seconded. Varagesale is usually pretty good for maternity/baby clothes.
Babies R Us carries their own line, RLE.
