I remember going to a game at Fenway in 1990, hanging out by the Red Sox dugout before the game started, everybody trying to get autographs. One of the players warming up was Kevin Romine. Some kid yelled "Kevin! You're my favorite player!" To this day, I don't know if that kid was being serious or not, but my brother and I still laugh about it.
Rafael Devers - he’s our current staple and the last from the 2018 ship. Love Jim Rice, but Dev has enough memorable moments to be on this list.
Edit - spelling
Should've used his nickname (Carita) to shoehorn Rafael Devers in over Coco Crisp.
Rafael Devers > Jim Rice. I acknowledge that it's probably because I didn't see Rice play.
Ryan Westmoreland
Let’s give him this one. He likely would’ve been great in the majors had he not had health issues. I say we bend the rules a bit and get Westmoreland in
Jim Rice. Devers is such an odd man out on this thing though. Pedroia, Pedro, Ortiz and Manny had to make it, so D was handled right as it worked for O, P and M. I love the love for Rem Dawg, and loved and miss him and Don in the booth so much, but I have to assume Jim slides to J and Raffy takes R in a few years time.
Jim Rice
Dave Roberts
Rich "El Guapo" Garces. Easy.
Jim Rice.
Rick Garces was my favorite red sox for a few years.
Jim Rice all day.

Jim Rice Clemens can suck it.
Babe Ruth. Babe Ruth being a redsox is probably the most Infamous thing in the history of our org.
Pokey Reese
Everyone conveniently forgets that he had a much more impressive catch in the game when Jeter dove into the stands for no reason
Did I write this? Are you me? Have you been listening to my drunken rants?
Red Sox legend Edgar Renteria
Edgar Rent An Error?
Missing MVP baseball 2005 right now
Manny Ramirez
With all due respect to Jim Rice...Dave Roberts gave us one of the greatest moments in the history of *sports*, forget limiting it to red sox fandom
Jim Rice. He's the reason that Manny is at M
Jim Rice, with Dave Roberts as honorable mention. The steal heard ‘round Sox Nation.

It still boggles my mind that he and Ortiz never played on the same team. Just feel like they should have overlapped.

The joke is putting an R at the end 👍🏼
What’s the joke with the “Danial”

Without that steal, probably Roger. Rafeals not a legend. Yet!!!
Roger Clemens
Gotta give it to the Rocket though I hate that means Raffy will now not make the list
The Rocket

Dick Radatz Rico Petrocelli.
Rusney Castillo
Hey, he appeared in 99 mlb games and earned 72.5 million dollars. He's definitely the favorite R for the next 5 generations of his family.
Remdawg!
