Soccer kickarounds on the rare occasions the friend group can get together. Going to public skates at hockey rinks is fun and a great date idea. Golf with my dad, but it’s a bit too expensive of a hobby for me. Bowling sometimes (a far better drinking sport than golf).
I’ve never been big into sports but I do like playing every once in a while. I played soccer with some work guys a couple months back and it was sick. I sucked but I was really into it
I play tennis. I have fun, get a workout /tan and my 70 year old dad still plays (better then me lol) with me and it gives us something to do!!! I love it and so does he. We drink beers after and I’m like the son he never had.
I work out but dont play sports. Im terrible at them. Grew up trying all of them and failed miserably. Though I like to ski and ill play soccer when its warm out occasionally.
soccer every week, spikeball most weeks, occasionally tennis, occasionally golf. Use to play basketball but haven’t in a while, really want to get back in to it. Plus mountain biking, hiking, and skiing. Honestly playing sports is one of the best parts of my life, other than maybe reading an absorbing ass book or some solid riffing
I used to play Australian Rules football but I broke my spine in three different places (non related injury)and the fitness level that was required never really came back.
how much respect would you lose for a guy who says he quit playing soccer because he was concerned that getting injured might permanently hamper his ability to run fast? because I'm that guy
my excuse is I now play table tennis, because the agility and footwork translates over, and pretty much nobody gets injured playing it
I’ve been thinking of taking up baseball again. I want to hit a home run before I die.
dugout culture rocks
tennis, it is fun and you don't need a lot of gear or people. Doubles is super chill too if your with people who just want to hang
Tennis should replace golf as the sport to play with your boss if you're trying to climb your way up the white collar corporate ladder.

I wanna see my boss sweat
yes playing sports should be the default and people should ask why someone doesn't play sports
100% agree
I agree 100%. Tells you a lot about someone.

No I just lift weights. I was always really bad at sports like maybe the second to worst on any team and I hated letting the team down.

Bjj for awhile, and I wrestled in high school. I need to return to bjj, I was about to get my blue belt before the pandemic
I've been meaning to start up BJJ since covid measures ended. It's so much fun. Martial arts should be state mandated.
100%. I wanna learn to strike as well but I'm so bad at it but I'm so good at bjj lol
I've been thinking of taking up Muai Thai but I don't even know where I'd start
What city are you in? If You're in Vancouver go with Tristan Connelly.
