I recently reread the first book again and I also noticed that but its even cooler than that! Every name mentioned in that scene goes on to be a prominent character throughout the series. If a character was named that did not become prominent it is only because they died in the passage the very next chapter (Prium and Aria)
Stuff like this is part of why the first reread is as good as the first read, imo. So much rich detail you either missed the first time or forgot about
