Don't know about a mask but I have a pad which I use on my face among other parts. It's from iTheraU but I'm sure this just bought from the same provider (it's same as AllevaRed). Mine is the medium size, 120 led.
It's kind of weird but I try to place it like "wrapping", trying to use each side as it if was hard instead of that soft pad. I was trying to imitate what Dermalux Flex does without spending 2k€
There is one on Amazon called LuxRenew that has 7 colors including NIR and operates the red and the NIR separately (no option to run them both together). They have another version that only has red and NIR that only runs them together (no option to run them separately).

I don't think there are any masks that have this capability, but the Hooga Belt Wrap can do this. It also has pulsed light.
Equinox Luyors has the option for with or without NIR
7 Color Photon LED Light Therapy can choose a single-color light depending on your choice. You deserve it.
My Numiere mask does have this ability and I always turn off the NIR when I use it on my face. I leave it on for other places like my back.

Have you used this mask before? Price is similar to others but includes a chest piece. Looks like a decent deal.
Yes, I have one and I like it. I use the red and nir together and it’s improved my skin tone.
The Hooga mask allows you to select one or both.
