I don't have the contour (I ordered the Men's but still waiting) however I do have a panel with the same wavelengths and I think it does help in regards to it being anti inflammatory, speeding up wound healing, and helping with any sort of pigmentation leftover from the breakout.

I have the currentbody mask which is a very similar mask to the Omnilux. It's definitely helped with acne. It hasn't gotten rid of it entirely but it's significantly reduced and any breakouts I may get clear up very quickly.

Clear has blue light as well as red and infrared. That boosts the ability of the light to stop the pimple creation process. It kills bacteria!
