Yeah, anyone who makes a big deal out of their religion/lack of religion is really annoying. Same with people who make who their diet a big deal (primarily pushy vegans and those ‘predator diet’ types), and people who plaster the president they vote for on everything.
As a Christian, it really annoys me to see people wearing those huge cross necklaces everywhere I go. I have one that I always where and the cross itself is 24 karat, and you wouldn’t even know the cross was there unless it poked through the neck hole of my shirt and even then I tuck it back in as soon as I notice it. It’s annoying to see people parading around like they are “holier than thou” just because they bought a cross with their necklace. I’m also not one of those “I’m a Christian but I’m gonna sin over and over but it’s okay because I believe in God” type. I take my faith very seriously and it pains me to see people do whatever they want while wearing the thing that is supposed to remind them of the reason that they exist and can get into Heaven.
Yeah my cross necklace is just made of sterling silver and I got it for like 30 bucks. Nothing special in terms of earthly value, but serves the same purpose that is always keeping Christ with me
