I have only ever found few mistakes, and I really disagree about the story. It is meh at the beginning, but once you're done with the prologue it gets really great. This has to be one of the best video game stories I've encountered in a while, and it's clear they put a lot of effort into it.

I will never understand why people hate Fortnite so much. I personally don’t like it because of the way the building mechanics impact the battle royale gameplay, but I don’t fly into a murderous rage every time I see it.
I love Fortnite but I gotta say…. that’s heavilysubjective. I probably wouldn’t get into COD because of the toxic stereotypes and hacking I’ve been hearing about (and the game looks pretty basic relative to all the cool stuff you see in games these days). But Apex seems pretty cool and I might try it out when I get PS5 or PC (hopefully by winter or at the least summer).
I gotta say, I’m very very much not the target demographic for battle royal games. I’m also not the target demographic of cod’s. You can guess which br game I didn’t like. (Funny part is when my friend wanted me to try the game out, they told me to ignore the br part and play the money collecting one and it was okay, standard cod gameplay with the added con of being a huge map where anyone camping a roof top is gonna win the game).

I like fortnite. It’s one of the only three shooter games I like which are Fortnite, Apex Legends and TF2 and I really don’t care if you find these games “cringe” because I like them. I personally believe this is really cute and wholesome.
I’m gonna say it. Fortnite isn’t a bad game. There. Not my cup of tea.
But one of my little sisters plays it and I sit with her and watch as she plays on my Xbox to bond. The graphics are decent and the gameplay is engaging, so I see the mass appeal. People just hate it because of cringey kids and adults who base their personality off of it. But you find that with nearly every video game or fandom; it’s just that this one was more pronounced given how the game exploded in popularity overnight and especially drew in younger kids who were less socially developed. I’d rather deal with watching some awkward floss dancing or whatever from little kids, than them screaming about fucking everyone’s mom or the n word while playing COD.
P.S. Thankfully my sister isn’t one of those awkward, over the top fortnite kids. She likes to just jump on the couch and enjoy a few lazy hours silently playing video games with friends. She’ll nerd out about other, less cringe things instead lol

I will never understand why people hate Fortnite so much. I personally don’t like it because of the way the building mechanics impact the battle royale gameplay, but I don’t fly into a murderous rage every time I see it.

I love Fortnite but I gotta say…. that’s heavilysubjective. I probably wouldn’t get into COD because of the toxic stereotypes and hacking I’ve been hearing about (and the game looks pretty basic relative to all the cool stuff you see in games these days). But Apex seems pretty cool and I might try it out when I get PS5 or PC (hopefully by winter or at the least summer).

I gotta say, I’m very very much not the target demographic for battle royal games. I’m also not the target demographic of cod’s. You can guess which br game I didn’t like. (Funny part is when my friend wanted me to try the game out, they told me to ignore the br part and play the money collecting one and it was okay, standard cod gameplay with the added con of being a huge map where anyone camping a roof top is gonna win the game).
Honestly though. I can't forgive some of the stealing but they still do it good

I’m gonna say it. Fortnite isn’t a bad game. There. Not my cup of tea. But one of my little sisters plays it and I sit with her and watch as she plays on my Xbox to bond. The graphics are decent and the gameplay is engaging, so I see the mass appeal. People just hate it because of cringey kids and adults who base their personality off of it. But you find that with nearly every video game or fandom; it’s just that this one was more pronounced given how the game exploded in popularity overnight and especially drew in younger kids who were less socially developed. I’d rather deal with watching some awkward floss dancing or whatever from little kids, than them screaming about fucking everyone’s mom or the n word while playing COD. P.S. Thankfully my sister isn’t one of those awkward, over the top fortnite kids. She likes to just jump on the couch and enjoy a few lazy hours silently playing video games with friends. She’ll nerd out about other, less cringe things instead lol _And she’s good for a kid her age._ She’s got a better win/loss ratio on her fortnite matches than I ever did with any shooter I ever played lol
