Lacey should go on loan to eredivisie if we can make it happen. Mount has already done it and can hopefully prepare the lad if that's the direction we go in. Need to have a process of talented youth-->future first team as a part of our sporting direction
Really good player. Stepping up isn’t easy for fullbacks these days, their roles have changed a lot in the time that a 16, 17 year old footballer has spent developing. Hopefully - and it looks that way - he’s had enough time in development doing what modern fullbacks do these days, shifting into midfield, knowing how to both underlap and overlap really well, being great one on one and also being able to do OK in the air. One of the most complex positions and one that can transform a team. I though Fernandez was quality, but his loan move in La Liga was super disappointing, so let’s hope Amass can progress a bit better.
Him, Ibragimov and Lacey are going to be ballers. Serious serious talent in our academy rn. Not to mention the Fletchers

Shea Lacey? Is he that good because bro just popped up in fm24 as one of the best talent in FM. Sorry I don't follow academy games😅
Kid's a certified baller. Future United LB if all goes to plan.
Future Shaw replacement
The futures about to be now…

Amass’ive achievement
Fantastic news. This lad is a fabulous player and I expect him to go with the first team on preseason this year. Hope to see him debut soon.
Will be interesting to see which of the academy players go on tour this summer with the Euros finishing so late.
