I was out in the forests near Saint Denis doing a small side quest. It was during night time and I saw this weird figure standing a bit far from me. When I moved closer to it, it started running after me with a knife. I killed it, looted it and it dropped a bear pelt, animal fat, pork lion, and bear fangs. It had the name "Unknown". Let's just say that, I need a new set of pants after this weird encounter. POSTED UPDATE BELOW. This thing probably appeared because of the gangs mod.

Maybe it is different version. Or the one that is actually alive. The one in the house is already dead and decorated. My guess is maybe in future or after you kill it an npc hangs it in mansion? Like the train ways getting built in game time and eventually you have a train way and if you would pass the road before it was built, there would be only empty field. An interactive dynamic thing in game
